Most leading brands of motorcycles are sold here. All variations and colors for everyone. My friend bought one from here and I checked out the place with him. And decided to buy mine from there too. Honda CBR 125R. I was particular about getting a black one. Thanks to Ian Harrington from Sales department who got my wish fulfilled. He got all the finance documents ready and got the specific color just as I requested and let me know in advance about any delays that might be involved in getting it. If you feel like you need a Honda/Triumph/or several other brands, feel free to post a question on their website and they'll get in touch as quickly as possible. I must say, the entire process of buying the bike from requesting a particular model, arranging finance and collecting the bike, was so smooth, that all I had to do was provide the details necessary for the finance application Ian kept me informed throughout the process. And now I have what I wanted! I'm very pleased with how easy they've made it feel. I totally recommend Metropolis for the sales bit. I'll know more about their services over the coming years, so I'll keep you posted with updates.

Does get quite busy at times, but the staff are good at managing footfall and offering good customer service throughout.

I've only used this branch a few times (I've been going to the Portland Street branch for over 15 years) but the staff have been friendly and knowledgeable. They also recommended some consumables to me which were cheaper than the ones I might have used. So, two good signs of customer service.

In my experience they're quick, fix the problem (which sounds obvious but doesn't always happen some places) and don't take the mickey with the bill (again not a given). Was told they don't have any parts in stock and it'll most likely, in the best case take about a month for the required part to arrive. That means I can't make ends meet, can't pay my rent and can't eat or drink. When I asked them if they could provide me a vehicle to work with while the bike's in warranty I was just told that they don't have any. Didn't bother to help me out in any way whatsoever. They don't care about their customers, not one bit. Took away 3 and a half grand from me and told me to sort myself out. Ripped me off big time. Stay away from them and do not, under any circumstances buy ANYTHING from this company.

It makes me wonder why some people go into retail, if you don't build a reputation for quality of service you certainly won't have any business to take care of. It put me off even ordering online because they said that if the item I ordered didn't fit me that they would not be able to refund me because they don't stock the item at all (even tho they do online). Contrast that with the offerings of a company (J&S accesories) that doesn't offer items of as great quality as Infinity Motorcycles and it puts them to shame. The other company allowed me to drop an item for a refund at one of their stores even tho I ordered online. So let's revise that rating to 1 star instead.
