Being able to get complimentary valet parking is also a nice bonus when downtown is pretty busy on a Saturday. I originally was scheduled to get my haircut by Erin but she was sick and after three rescheduling calls, I went with Gabie. I wanted to switch up my look and get some bangs. She did a great job at the cut and I was very happy with it overall. She was also friendly and made you feel comfortable. I thought the haircut price was very reasonable. I think I paid around $50 with tip. The pedicure area looks really cute. Would probably make a great gift for someone!

When I found out she'd opened her own place, I tracked her down because she's wonderful! The salon is very neat and clean. They are still wanting to do more with the decor like chandeliers and such, but will need to do that as they're able. But in the meantime, it's a beautiful, open and airy salon. Prices are good and Kelly really cares about pleasing her customers. She cares about the work she does and works hard. I had SNS done and also got my eyebrows tinted for the first time. She took such care in doing both my nails as well as my eyebrows. I'll be going back very soon for a pedicure! I recommend this business for sure and can't wait to see how successful she's going to be!

I was a couple of minutes early for my 12:15 appointment. When I went back to the pedicure area, Chuck had another client in the chair and it was apparent he wasn't close to being finished with her. There didn't appear to be another tech to be able to do my pedicure. I pay good money for their services, and I am a generous tipper. Yet, no one seemed to care that I was going to have to wait at least 30 minutes. This was a Sunday afternoon, and they open at noon. I had received a confirmation from the salon for my appointment time. WHY would you start a client, knowing you have a fairly regular client coming in in 15 minutes?
