She made sure I was happy with the color before she painted them. She created a custom color based on what I was looking for. I would definitely come back the next time I need my nails done.

Yet, no one seemed to care that I was going to have to wait at least 30 minutes. This was a Sunday afternoon, and they open at noon. I had received a confirmation from the salon for my appointment time. WHY would you start a client, knowing you have a fairly regular client coming in in 15 minutes? I live in Lexington, and I drove 25 minutes to get to the salon. I make appointments for a reason...I have other things to do. I do not show up late for them. The manicurist was aware of it and apologized throughout the appointment. The manicure also wasn't the cleanest job I've had either. She was still very apologetic for my cuticles, and gave me a coupon for my next visit to make it right, acknowledging that this is not a normal experience.
