Coldstream was in constant communication with us and the insurance company to try and get us the best value for what was being covered. I can't say enough good things about The Roof Doctor! From the very first phone call to the final…read moreinspection, the entire experience was absolutely top-notch. These folks really know their craft, and it shows in every step of the process. When I found out I needed a new roof, I was stressed--like, majorly stressed. But the team at The Roof Doctor made everything so easy and smooth, I almost forgot I was having my entire roof replaced. They came out for the initial inspection quickly, gave me a clear and fair estimate, and explained everything in a way I could actually understand (no contractor jargon, thank you!). The crew was right on time, super professional, and respectful of my property. They worked efficiently, cleaned up every single day, and honestly, my yard looked cleaner after they left. I was shocked at how fast the job got done, but even more impressed with the quality--no corners cut, no rushed work. Just solid, dependable craftsmanship. On top of all that, it was cost-effective. I got a few quotes, and The Roof Doctor gave me the best value by far--and without any surprises or sneaky fees. The cherry on top? The people. Just kind, hardworking, honest folks who clearly take pride in what they do. I'd recommend The Roof Doctor to anyone looking for roofing work. I'm actually excited about my new roof, which feels weird to say--but when it's done this well, you can't help but brag a little.

And I told them I had insurance the insurance will be taken care of it for some reason the insurance never paid it so they turn me over to a bill collection agency over this $600 finally my insurance paid and we had a settlement payment and then they overcharged me on the settlement payment. I am seriously considering taking into court especially for what some of the things that the man said to me on the phone accused me of insurance fraud because I offered a settlement instead of the full amount. B******* do not use this company they overcharged to the extreme
