I was fortunate enough that Randy was my technician. He arrived promptly and was extremely polite and efficient. He squeezed himself into the closet where my air handler is, contorting himself, so that he can fit. He took some of the components apart and was able to diagnose the issue, a fuse had blown out. Within no time at all he fixed whatever it was that caused the fuse to blow out and completed the job. Throughout he was communicative, describing to me all the benefits that his company was offering via different programs. Some of them seemed like a good deal. Hopefully I will not have any AC issues in the foreseeable future however, if I do when I call Arctic Air. I will request Randy as my technician, he was amazing. Update early 2025, I want to upgrade my house because I'm going to sell it and I can have Smart thermostats. I called and Coleman came out and he attended to my service which was to see which kind of thermostat I needed and he also did me the favor of repairing a piece of PVC pipe that my dad had not taped up and was having an issue Coleman was polite professional look me in the eye shook my hand seemed like a really nice young man and a good hire I didn't see any real actual in-depth work that he did but he'll be coming back on Monday to install the thermostats and hopefully all goes as well as my past experience with Arctic air.

Got a message back saying the needed parts did not come and that the work will be done August 3rd. I called the morning of Aug 3rd and was told the parts are still backordered.
