Be very careful using this company. They are very eager to push their preventative maintenance…read moreplans. They will also tell you that HVAC systems only last 10 years in Florida and try to sell you a new $10K system as soon as possible. They also require your credit card to schedule an appointment even if you are a long-time customer. I have used them for several years and the preventative maintenance did nothing but lead to problems compared to many homes I have owned without preventative maintenance plans on the HVAC unit. When the unit needed a $3K-$4K repair they told me I am better of replacing it because HVAC units only last 10 years. That is not accurate and you would be wise to take your business to another HVAC contractor. The final straw for me was a week later when their office called to schedule "Preventative Maintenance" on the same HVAC unit they had just told me required a replacement for a $140 service fee. They claim you get a discount on all services with the preventative maintenance plans, but their prices are already inflated by the same percentage so you are not saving any money at all.

Ill be going through all camera footage as ive already seen he's hit my wall with our metal ladder too many times to count yesterday and now i get to finish and fix his poor filling job on ALL cut outs in my home MYSELF. Ill post videos if i can when i download them. It was excuse after excuse on MULTIPLE THINGS. Pitiful and yes my husband agrees! I atleast was taught how to use mud fill it and SMOOTH it out . Scott said they only do rough patch no sanding but all other customers are happy with it.... really??? Two gentlemen came out to my house and spent an hour or so checking each point in the current until they were able to identify the issue and fixed it quickly once located.
