Imagine telling someone in the 1800s, one day people will voluntarily eat tofu and then proving them wrong for over a century. The buffet system is dangerous because you pile it high, weigh it, and dig in. Honestly a fantastic concept. Great location near the train station too, which is helpful because you may need immediate transportation after accidentally eating your body weight in all the options.

I saw a "take away available" sign hidden when I was waiting for my order, so I am pretty sure that they weren't taking take out orders either. We took it back to our Airbnb, and it was so yummy.
