I get making a profit and paying your bills and employees too but they need to lower their percentage slightly. Overall except for some of the prices our experiences their have been excellent.

We had breakfast there each morning for 4 days and when I mean breakfast, it was a full breakfast meal and not a quick grab and go or small buffet. I tried the ham and cheese omelet and added bacon, the Americano with bacon one day and the next day with sausage, and my breakfast the last day I chose the french toast. Everything was delicious. The bacon was cooked nice and crisp, and the mascarpone was the perfect match for the french toast. My eggs were always cooked the way I requested, over hard or over medium. Our service was actually quick since we usually started first thing right after they opened, however, service was just kind of slow on one of the days. We didn't understand how since we were the only people in there, maybe around 8 of us at that time. The ambiance was really nice and cozy. You wouldn't think you were inside of a hotel. It felt very warm and the decor was just lovely. If I'm ever back in the area, I would definitely go there again.

She was very efficient, friendly and helped me set up an appointment for my wife. I did not mention the bad reviews on Yelp to my wife. A young lady named Jessica Johnson helped my wife the next day. My wife arrived early for her appointment and was assisted right away. Jessica explained and set up everything on my wife's new CPAP machine.
