This address from what I can tell is being used by someone for a nefarious purpose. I ordered something awhile back and have not received it. Presumably, it's coming from China on a really slow boat. Others have said this is the way the seller is getting around the delivery window time frame dispute. What I ordered a wireless printer for a ridiculously low price of $12.99 plus 9.99 shipping from AIKPRO.LIMITED and I paid for it through PayPal on 29 April 2020. I just received the package from "Jon" on 26 June 2020. Inside was a pair of VR Mini Virtual Reality Glasses. You know those silly things you put your smartphone in to watch movies on and it appears to be a big screen. I traced the tracking number from the USPS website and it began in Inglewood, CA 90304 on 10 May 2020. This silly trinket is definitely not what I ordered. I may do the dispute route with PayPal, but it's hardly worth the $22.98. read more

I'm really sry this happened to you and the rest of the people on this thread concerning "Jon" or whomever he's suppose to be, whereas unfortunately, I'm a victim as well, here in Avondale- Westbank of New Orleans. See, about 2 weeks ago, I ordered a drone from this "Jon" via "STARHOPHUB" which is based which in Hong Kong according to the details on my bank statement. The only thing is that I'm really feeling that this "Jon" is up to some foolishness concerning me as well because just like you all, as of last Monday and Tuesday, I've been receiving bubble-insolated envelopes in the mail "all of a sudden" which contains only one washer (screw/nut) which had me thinking "GeesH!!! ...I didn't think my drone would be shipped non-assembled." ....or SomeThiN' like that. However, I shipped them back to the "2352" return address thats listed on the envelopes on Tuesday evening. But disgustingly, I received two more of them this past Saturday. In actuality, before I read you all's stories, my gut was nudging me that ..."something fishy is going on here." And now after reading your stories it's confirmed to me that this "Jon" is from Hong Kong or somewhere in China and he's using that 2352 address in Auburn, AL as a Fake Return Address to scam shoppers and something has to be done about this. I'm going to call my bank early tomorrow morning to alert them of this activity and my concern for my financial and overall identity. I'll keep you posted. read more

I contacted the seller through Amazon about a week after it was supposed to arrive as to delivery and they could not say when it would be delivered. I contacted them again through Amazon on June 10, 2020, requested and received a refund back to my debit card. I ended up receiving the package on June 12, 2020. I contacted them again though Amazon to advise if they wanted me to send it back even though I received a refund and as to why it took so long to receive. But here's what I think is going on: A seller is providing very long delivery windows for items that are supposed to be coming from abroad. The seller provides bogus tracking from track17.net and then sends a random item like a keychain or magnate from this domestic address. Something that looks promotional or even free that buyers wouldn't equate with their recent online order. The buyer then continues to wait for their order only filing a claim after the distant delivery window expires to which the seller responds with "proof" of delivery long before which then leaves the buyer outside the claim window for both Amazon and their credit card company. So, if you received something random shipment from here and you have a pending order that is coming from abroad this may be happening to you. read more

Ordered a golf set game four months ago and received one golf ball....for $29.99... one golf ball... $30. The package came with this address. Through reviews here and never receiving the entire package, we know "Jon" at this address is not responsible and this was a scam... unfortunately it looks as though everyone else got a keychain and we did not . We did however find this to be the FUNNIEST joke of our summer. Currently we are still laughing and really enjoyed this scam. The article gives you lots of information. The station receives cases of returned mail and turns them over to the post office. I Agree. I do not think the gas station is in on this scam. What happened in my case was I ordered some neck fans in April. They provided me tracking and I watched it for a month. Moving along slowly it reached and was released from customs on 5/26/2020. Then nothing for two weeks. I tried over and over again to get someone from the company to reply to me about the order but nothing. I finally started a dispute with my CC company. And the next day I got an email from the vendor about my shipment. They said it had arrived at my post office and that I needed to go get it. NO. I had already ordered from someone else and rec'd my order and told them to CANCEL. I also told them if it showed up I would write return to sender on it. And that is what I will do tomorrow. I, too, received a mysterious package from Jon at this address and discovered it corresponded to an earlier order and scam. Over 3 months ago I ordered 24 double rolls of Cottenelle toilet paper advertised on Facebook. Company called itself Viversbitt, based in LA but the credit card charge came from YaGood Technology in Hong Kong. For over a month I exhanged emails with YaGood Tech and another individual in China and got the runaround about cancelling the order or getting a refund. When I gave them a 48 hour deadline or I would dispute the charge, they suddenly gave me 20% refund for "delay compensation". When I still demanded a full refund they claimed it had shipped. A week later I got a phony tracking # for Shopify. Although I disputed the credit card charge and got my money back, I doubt Visa investigated anything. In fact they just called the charge an "error". So I waited another month and filed an FTC complaint. Now, ten days after contacting the FTC, I received a small package containing 24 tiny rolls of toilet paper, you might stock a child's playhouse with, if it had a bathroom. No packing slip, generic, no brand. I plan to amend my FTC complaint with this new information. I wanted to add my story to all the others. read more

Shows package was sent from LAX but the return address in Auburn AL The scam appears to be a packet ordered whereby the seller is showing the tracking number and hopes you don't become aware of the scam. If you don't claim the packet missing or having a problem with the content of the packet then the sender will dispute and state the packet was delivered with no reported problem with the delivery within the allotted grace period. I don't know who the company is right now nor the person so far. However, I have only ordered from 2 sites, Amazon and Etsy. I know it's easy to believe that the gas station isn't in on it but with so many people being deceived and the returning the packages to their address it should have been stopped by them a long time ago. I fell for the bra scheme and only after calls to the credit card co (they gave me a credit) these people had a nerve to finally send me an email with 3 options . All of them were crazy so the bra stays here and they can basically go jump. All of these phony adds are mostly on Facebook, so just be careful. i own the business at 2352 bent creek road. we are the only business situated on the 2 plus acres at this address. we are a convenience store featuring exxon fuels. our dba's are bent creek grocery and bent creek exxon. our only online presence is a fb page and yelp. we do not have a website and do not offer shipping. we, our families, our employees and their families have nothing to do with this. the calls for information and demands for resolution are overwhelming. the occasional threats are unsettling. usps was notified by us last october. early on, we were attempting to notify identified websites of the issue, then discovered the sellers were using multiple trade names across numerous sites. we don't have the resources to continue that fight. since, auburn pd is investigating numerous complaints. we have and continue to forward info to the alabama attorney general. ups and fedex have each opened fraud investigations. the bbb is aware of the issue. all that to say 2 things....google and yellow pages (yelp) info is proven unreliable as we haven't been branded conoco since 1999 and the online scammer(s) made us an unknowing involuntary participant. if you are ever in the area, i invite you stop in to our clean and well stocked store with a welcoming staff. and if any of you ever find "jon", please let me know. i would like to have a conversation with him read more
