The floors under the drinking fountains
Lindsay N.

This is the grossest Quizno's my husband and I have ever been to. As soon as you walk in, you can see the floors are covered in crumbs and have an old film of grime over them. Some of the painted ceiling tiles by the fountain drinks have water stains. The ceiling bracket for the exit door was hanging out of the ceiling. Despite us being the only customers present, every single table and chair had visible crumbs. One of the high chairs we grabbed for our 1 year old son was broken and also disgusting. There were no changing tables in the bathrooms. The paper towel dispenser didn't work. With a place as filthy as this, I shudder to think what the back of the house looks like...probably not too sanitary with the standard of cleanliness presented to customers. With a $27 fee for our 2 subs, the subs tasted like Quizno's subs and the eating environment was filthy. We certainly will never eat here again.

Wouldn't know how the food is...walked in, there's a dude sitting with his back to the entry using a phone. There's a kid hanging out watching a football game. I stood at the order area....I wandered to the cash register....I wandered some more....the kid looked at me with a blank look and the dude never even flinched. Faced with having to engage the dude if he attempted to prepare my sammich without washing his hands after watching him play with his phone and ears for a few minutes...I opted to avoid potential issues by leaving. The doorbell I was certain had announced my arrival did indeed proclaim my departure. Too bad, smelled good in there.

This delicious sandwich was a Turkey Ranch and Swiss with Mountain Dew, along with a cookie and some peppers.

I love Piada and wish they were closer to me (outside of MOA). I was in the area seeing a movie and…read morehad to have a Carbonara bowl. Piada is definitely among my favorite fast casual spots. I typically get the Carbonara bowl, spaghetti noodles, all the toppings besides bacon and add hot chicken. So good!! I will say I don't eat beef/pork and I notice they use the same mixing bowl which is slightly an issue for me. I went later in the evening and it wasn't busy at all. The staff were slow at getting to me besides it not being busy but it generally was a smooth, decently quick experience.

Got in line at 7:14pm and didn't leave until 7:40pm for one regular pasta with crispy chicken. They…read morewere busy but there seemed to be no rhyme or reason to how they were doing things. No one was communicating with what needed what and I know they needed to wait for the chicken to cook for some but there was no communication that that's what the hold up was. My pasta was just sitting in the line with no lid (until I paid) so it was cold by the time I got home. There was a girl behind me that got a piada and was all done way before mine but they didn't get her to the register until like five minutes after too. The cook and one of the guys on the line really seemed to be the only two with an urgency about them. I like the good here but dang idk if it'll be worth coming back, during a busy time at least.

I haven't placed a review in a while because I have been doing lots of deliveries, and I hate…read morereviewing them, but this one is a must. I just received my order and opened the packaging. We ordered a brisket sandwich, and it was just as others said - there was more bread than meat. It was a tiny ciabatta with a small amount of brisket it was the saddest sandwich I have ever seen. The box the sandwich came in was about 70% larger than the sandwich. I was too mad to take out the camera. But I got a chocolate-covered strawberry most likely to calm my rage from seeing such a tiny sandwich. On a good note, the microscopic pieces of brisket were tender and good, that's the only reason for the 1 star. Then I opened my lobster bisque. I am not sure who the people are eating lobster bisque these days, but this bisque was salty and did not have that homemade taste. It was not creamy at all, and the Lunds bisque is 100x better if you don't believe me, try it. They even skimped on the veggies in it. It was tomatoes and salt, and well, some bad quality frozen lobster. Then I got the wild rice blend on the side. Like some mentioned, it's literally a spoonful. The rice was tasteless with no seasoning whatsoever and it measured exactly 1 tablespoon. The roll was not that great it was bland. On a positive note, my girlfriend ordered a salad, and the salad was actually very good, and the size was a good size and had lots of flavors. I have nothing negative to say about that everything was right including the lettuce and greens looking fresh. I am not sure how this place got such a high rating unless it's all salad orders. I did notice on other platforms it's almost 4.5+, their taste buds must be missing, or people must not know what good food is anymore. I rarely leave 1 star reviews but had to on this one.

The staff is quick and friendly even on a busy Saturday afternoon. There is plenty of parking available in the shared lot and lots of seating available on the inside with lots of natural light coming through the large windows. The try 2 combo is a great deal as you get a full sandwich and a half salad or soup, a dinner roll and a chocolate covered strawberry! Portion sizes are quite generous too!
