If you head to this location, it's easier to park on the side of the road. Parking in front of the building is limited and can be a challenge to get out. I called in and in my most pleasant voice, I asked to speak with a manager. I was told they were busy but they would take my number down and have her call me back. NO call ever came. If you've never had a Banh mi, it's a popular Vietnamese sandwich that usually has cilantro, cucumber, pickled carrots & daikon radish, a protein, and mayo or patè. Technically it just means "bread", and comes in many other forms, but the version above is the perfect sandwich and that is a hill I'm willing to die on. This food truck's Banh mi is easily among the best I've ever had. We stumbled onto this food truck having never even heard of it (while walking to another restaurant actually), and it miraculously had the one food we've literally been willing to drive hours for. Their Banh mi is not the most traditional one in the world, but it's wonderful all the same. The protein is smoked pulled pork and the chili aioli they use is fantastic. I look forward to finding this truck again and I hope they come to Bozeman some time!
