Nobody came back to talk to us and when I was ready to get up again, I saw our waitress and asked her about the souShe said they told her but the cooks don't understand that the soup comes first and she had to get a manager to approve it. My husband finally received his soup three minutes before the steak was delivered. The steak had to be cut into tiny bite-size pieces to be edible. It was like shoe leather. We asked for a white sauce and a small black plastic rake was brought half full. It wasn't enough for him to eat his steak but would've taken too long to try to get any additional amount. The coconut shrimp was so greasy and soggy I could not even eat it. Nobody ever checked back to see how our deal was. The restaurant seemed very clean, and there was more than enough staff walking around. The restaurant was not busy at all. No one wanted to help me and they were all standing around talking. The food and service was very disappointing. I don't even know the name of my waitress. We were presented our check and I asked the waitress if it would be possible to order two desserts to go. I ordered two carrot cakes at $10 each and when she brought them out, she had slapped one on top of the other and used only one box.
