where to start? this was the worst restaurant experience i've ever had. for one, they flag us down and insist we eat here. we agreed. (that's our mistake). it took forever to finally seat us. but i guess forever wasn't enough time to set up a table because it was filthy when we sat down. after about 20 mins of being seated, someone finally takes our order. BUT out of the 4 of us sitting at the table, he only asks 2 people what they would like to drink. and forgets to bring one of them. very condescending tone when i ask him questions about the menu. at this point we have ordered and it's been over an hour with no food, and no one checking on us. keep in mind this restaurant DOESNT EVEN HAVE MEALS ONLY APPETIZERS. so not sure why the grilled meat on a stick is taking over an hour to prepare. but bless up because finally food comes, not our order, ONE appetizer. and no utensils to eat with :-) my friend gets up to ask an employee for utensils and she said "one second" and proceeds to do something else. we wait 10 mins. another friend of mine gets up and asks again, the employee says the same thing, but after another 10 mins we get a utensil. (at this point nobody has their food except me). i stop eating because i feel bad nobody else is, also because the meat was not cooked. still no one has food. we've decided to give up and ask for the check and go somewhere else. they charge us incorrectly because come to find out, there's a charge for EACH person JUST TO SIT DOWN WITHOUT EATING. we reluctantly gave them our money and they refuse to give us change. as we are trying to get our change, the two employees that were "helping" us are talking bad about us while we are in front of them. giving them undeserved money. that's it. thanks for reading if you made it this far, please don't eat here. read more
