I wish I got her name before I left but my first hair cut with her started off with me explaining the style I was going for and asking her if she was able to pull it off as I have had other barbers try and fail, leaving my hair looking like a dead rat stapled to my head. I actually came back to this barber shop to have one of the lady's fix it. But that is beside the point, I asked her if it was possible and she immediately caught an attitude and telling me that is no way to start off a hair cut, talking to me like a child. Keep in mind I have heard the other stylist at this location warn me of her; I tried to explain to her that I came here to get my last botched hair cut fixed and showed her pictures of the dead rat stapled to my head and she told me that was how it was suppose to look and I was being rude. Keep in mind when I got my last cut fixed here, me and all the stylists had a good laugh about how bad it actually was, so I know it is not supposed to look like that. Thats when I decided to leave before she cut my hair like a toddler that found scissors. It is clear that this stylist was entitled, immature, disrespectful, incapable of customer service, and down right clueless about how to actually cut hair. Sad to say but I will not be returning to this location until she has retired. Three years of relations down the drain because of one person's inability to put their ego aside.
