Keep in mind I have heard the other stylist at this location warn me of her; I tried to explain to her that I came here to get my last botched hair cut fixed and showed her pictures of the dead rat stapled to my head and she told me that was how it was suppose to look and I was being rude. Keep in mind when I got my last cut fixed here, me and all the stylists had a good laugh about how bad it actually was, so I know it is not supposed to look like that. Thats when I decided to leave before she cut my hair like a toddler that found scissors. It is clear that this stylist was entitled, immature, disrespectful, incapable of customer service, and down right clueless about how to actually cut hair.
