Budda Bowl

As a vegan coming from Seattle I was a bit worried about food choices. What I found was a thriving vegan scene with more and better choices than I can find back home. This was my son's (and he's not a vegan) favorite restaurant and it's hard to argue with him. The Pad Thai was the best dish we had anywhere on our trip. We came here several times and were never disappointed. The vibe is low key hip with a mix of international dishes. It feels like a place you might find in LA minus the pretension. There are several vegan choices and several others can be made vegan.

Egg omelette

Great food, great coffee, great juices, good service, good ambience. Only disappointment was the size of the omelette. It was a bit on the small side.

Amazing restaurant with good service! Brunch was fantastic, and so was the environment. We came in on a Thursday morning for brunch and there weren't too many people, so we got to choose where we wanted to sit! It is recommended to reserve if you plan to come on a busier day! Great food and great service, will definitely come back again.

I am giving one star for the service... so rude here! I spent 15000 on an Uber to come here and the service was the worst.

A quaint, clean spot in somewhat of a residential neighborhood with a few outdoor tables in the back.

I have been coming here for several years now and was concerned that Patagonia might not survive…read morecovid. Much to my pleasant surprise, they are back, though sadly without the full menu. Instead, they have only a digital menu that's really paired down and most of the delicious sandwiches are long gone. On our most recent trip, we brought out-of-town visitors and their kiddos, aged 11 and 3. The oldest was not initially a fan of his chocolate shake because it was so dark and bitter, but the adults loved it (and it was sweeter once he mixed it). The youngest had his first submarino and loved it (highly recommend for newbies!). One ordered a hot dog, which was surprisingly good! The bread was very soft and tasty and the slaw was out of this world with a hint of sweetness and poppyseeds. A couple of us had the salads, which were great--the chicken option has quinoa mixed in and the mushroom one is extremely earthy. Unfortunately for us, the only jarra options for lemonade on our visit was plain (read: tart), though we would have preferred ones with berries or with mint + ginger. I'm glad to see PS is back open, but I do hope they bring back some of their classics like the Siete Colores sandwhich and the other with the fried egg.

I got a thick hot chocolate, although they have an option for a thinner one, as well as "submarinos" which is a bar of chocolate in hot milk. The hot chocolate definitely didn't disappoint. Has a nice balanced chocolate flavor that's not too bitter but still has a strong chocolate flavor. I was also hungry so I ordered a sandwich. My expectations weren't super high because it's a little place that specializes in chocolate, but don't let that stop you from trying the food. I got a roast beef sandwich that had caramelized onions, lettuce, pepper mayo and a fried egg. All of the ingredients were top notch and together just made a really good, gourmet sandwich. I'm looking forward to trying other things here. If you're in the area it's definitely worth the trip.

We came for breakfast and had an overall great experience with friendly service and good food! La Resistencia offers a little bit of everything, but by far my favorite is their breakfast menu. They have a kickass egg menu that is served with hollandaise sauce *mouth watering-ly good* and toast. You can choose between vegetarian options like the fried onions and tomatoes (English breakfast style) or spinach and cheese to the meat eater bacon, ham or even meatballs! The best part is that their eggs are free-range and hormone-free! Besides their great egg breakfast, they have a good selection of teas as well as quality coffee - a perfect pairing to your breakfast. Although I haven't tried it, I saw they have what look to be delicious hamburgers and sandwiches plus a unique daily soup option. The sandwiches and hamburgers that were being served around us looked very tasty so I will definitely be coming back to take my partner here and confirm if the looks stack up to the taste. Since La Resistencia is located in the popular and very chic Drugstore gallery, we finished our breakfast and decided to "walk it off" by exploring the unique shops with local artesian designs and products.
