I sat down in a small table (although there were many other nice looking areas this was the only one with a plug for my computer). The waiter promptly came over and handed me two different menus: 1 for the tea and 1 for everything else! Although I am not a big tea fan, I decided to order one anyway since it would make no sense to not order tea at a tea house (right?). Well, I met in the middle and ordered a Tea Latte, delicious and perfect for the cold winter day. I was only going to order a tea because I was meeting someone for lunch, but as soon as my eye caught a glimpse of their delicious dessert options there was no turning back. I got their Key Lime Pie (seriously good) and carrot cake (yes, I ordered two...I couldn't decide). Both were good but the Key Lime Pie won my heart. I also saw they offer brunch (my favorite meal of the weekend), although I can't vouch for it, if it is anything like the quality of their cakes and teas I definitely think it would be worth trying.

In Café Melba, breakfast is served all day long! It located on a quite side street by El Golf metro, offering an array of treats for your taste buds. I especially recommend their eggs Benedict. As soon as I put the first bite in my mouth, I cried a little (tears of joy, obviously). Plus, they offer all different varieties allowing you to exchange the ham for spinach or salmon. Tips: You can reserve a large table or their whole back room for events (depending on the size of your party) plus you can decorate as well - adding balloons, confetti and we even were allowed to bring in our own champagne to have mimosas! If you are a Coke addict come prepared, as they only serve Pepsi.
