    Mint lemonade for the heat!

I am not really a fan of Italian food but this place has the perfect mix between pasta and seafood, I stuck to the seafood because of recommendations by the people that suggested it and it was amazing, unfortunately I was attending a business dinner and taking pictures of my meal was not appropriate but if you decide to come to this place you will not be disappointed, service was amazing and the food was out of this world.

Of all the meals I had in Chile, I consider this the least favorable of them all. While there were good aspects, the overall culinary experience left much to be desired. This is a very nice restaurant in the grand scheme of things. It's located in downtown Santiago and in the middle of a bustling area. I came for a quick lunch on a Wednesday and had an excellent experience from a service standpoint, but the food was forgettable. The good part was the antipasto. They have a nice buffet station set up with some great options that all taste delicious. I could have eaten this as my meal and been just fine. They also serve fresh out of the oven bread for he table that is also very good. Between both of these apps, it was a great start. The mediocre part of the experience was the main course, which was a variety of seafood that came in a special white sauce. The sauce wasn't the greatest tasting and the food was served like warm, which really ruined the dish for me. Eating barely warm seafood that is supposed to be served hot wasn't a good look. Again, very nice restaurant and excellent service, but the prepared food that I had wasn't memorable. Worth trying other dishes as they have an extensive menu though.

Agnolotti bellavista con gambi. Frito calamari. Yum!

Escallopini pollo di limon is awesome! And they speak English-which definitely helps.

Went here after seeing the place mentioned online several times, but were a bit underwhelmed with…read morethe food and service. We sat at a sidewalk table, since it was a lovely night, and were ignored for a while. A few cold rolls were then brought to the table, and a waiter took our order. The house salad had no dressing on it, came with lime halves, which we used together w/ the oil & balsamic vinegar on the table. I ordered Vermicelli Bolognese, which did not have much sauce and was very light on flavor. My husband enjoyed his vegetarian lasagne w/ pomodoro sauce. Strangely there did not seem to be any garlic or many herbs in their version of Italian food. We had walked quite a distance to get to this area/restaurant and did not feel like it was worth the trek.

Best kept Italian secret in Santiago!…read more Why? Because the price is right with huge portions of homemade pasta!! This place is always busy with locals! Definitely a casual place. They also own the cafe across the street and a pick up fresh frozen pasta separate entrance. The restaurant entrance is on the side of the building as if you were entering someones home, and this place keeps on going and going. They obviously kept expanding the restaurant space into different living areas of the location. They have a toy room for the children to play. My personal favorite dining location is in the open air back patio that has small water fountains with flowers in the summer. When ordering in Chile many waiters and restaurants are not willing to change the plate to your specific request. This is not one of them! If a dish has a sauce that usually comes on it and you would prefer a different one not a problem! Im not saying the service is always polite but the food is good. My personal favorite is the homemade ricotta cheese ravioli with nuts and the tomatoes and creme sauce. Ravioli de Ricotta y nueces con sala rossa. Yum! I love it so much that we would go to the take home entrance of the fresh frozen pasta and pick up boxes of the Raviloli - Ricotta y Nueces as well as Ravioli de Ricotta y Jamón and Ravioli de Carne to take home and make for ourselves throughout the month. Whipped up some homemade sauce and its so easy and delicious. 1box is good for 2 adult servings. Definitely recommend this location for tourists during lunch!
