We ordered a couple of beers that were local that were good. They have a good selection of beers. For dinner we ordered the cheeseburger pizza. Pizza arrived quickly and was very good. No red sauce but all the things you expect on a cheeseburger including the fries. It also had a drizzle of ranch dressing. Ate and left but quite popular with young crowd.

I walked over from my hotel in Vitacura last night thinking I would get a beer, have been in Chile for a week and was hoping to feel a little Texas like warmth. After being allowed to walk through the roped entrance I went to the bar area and sat at a table. I hung out at the table for a while (not too long, maybe 10 minutes) and was not approached by any server and noticed a few TVs at the bar so I just decided to leave. I may come back but wonder if there are any true sports bars in Santiago....you know the type? A number of TVs on the walls with different games showing?

Their sidewalk patio is so cute and very pictures facing the park and all. They offer a wide variety of flat crust pizzas. They are very well sized (although I can eat one myself). They have options for both vegetarians and meat lovers. Their salads are big and not just filled with lettuce, I'm a ceasar lover myself and I love when my salads have lots of goodies, not just three pieces of chicken. They also serve selected bottles of wine or by the glass and almost all of their beer is served on tap. You can enjoy the relaxed yet elegant atmosphere or take your food to go. They sometimes do delivery but always ask first as it varies. Their staff are very nice and accommodating.

Amadeus has their own microbrewery, and the hubs said the amber was very flavorful. I had the grade above the Reserva for the red wine, and it was delicious. Great atmosphere, and the best meal we've had in a while, as Santiago is a sandwich/meat heavy culinary scene. We'll go back.

It also came with ceviche for an appetizer which I was a little nervous about because it's kind of warm in Santiago right now. I made the mistake of ordering an extra yuca frita with it. Mistake because it ended up being a huge amount of food which we couldn't finish. Everything was delicious. The salteado was steak and shrimp and it was really good. It had more of a gravy than just a soy sauce base I am accustomed to. I highly recommend them for delivery

Before coming to this tea house chain, I had heard rave reviews from friends, so when I finally decided to go, my mind was pre-blown (usually I try to keep my expectations low for places like this so I don't get disappointed but thanks to my friends I was super excited and expecting something great). As I got to the door I was hesitant to go in since I didn't know what to expect (I mean I did...apparently a great tea salon and cafe but I didn't want them to be wrong). As I walked in I was pleasantly surprised - the ambiance was even nicer than I had imagined! It is spacious, clean and cheerful; making for a great working space. I sat down in a small table (although there were many other nice looking areas this was the only one with a plug for my computer). The waiter promptly came over and handed me two different menus: 1 for the tea and 1 for everything else! Although I am not a big tea fan, I decided to order one anyway since it would make no sense to not order tea at a tea house (right?). Well, I met in the middle and ordered a Tea Latte, delicious and perfect for the cold winter day. I was only going to order a tea because I was meeting someone for lunch, but as soon as my eye caught a glimpse of their delicious dessert options there was no turning back. I got their Key Lime Pie (seriously good) and carrot cake (yes, I ordered two...I couldn't decide). Both were good but the Key Lime Pie won my heart. I also saw they offer brunch (my favorite meal of the weekend), although I can't vouch for it, if it is anything like the quality of their cakes and teas I definitely think it would be worth trying.

When you walk in, ask the person at the register what kind of pizza they are serving next (they serve by the slice). If you think it sounds good, tell him/her how many slices you want. Once you order, you find a place against the wall (they don't have tables here, you just stand at a bar/counter thing). When your slice is ready, they'll bring it to you. Whenever you're done, ask for your receipt and you pay again at the register. It wasn't too busy when I went in (4pm), but I've seen that it's a little insane for lunch. It's very much an in-out sort of place. It's the perfect place to go if you're running errands in el centro!
