My wife had an accident Aug 2019, she was not at fault, she went to Inkelaar law office for help. The 1st person working on the case explained to us that my would be reimbursed for car rental and out of pocket med expense. Two months into the case the gal that was working the case got fired, after that inkelaar got my wife 8000 dollars 14 months later and told her she would get another check for car rental and out of pocket med expense. Well another month goes by and he tells my wife there is not more money because they ran out of money. Haven't had of a insurance company running out of money. Inkelaar just did not want to push it. My wife lost her job because of all this. And now being told to just eat the car rental and out of pocket med bills we paid. Would not send my worst enemy there.

Please forgive the length of this review as he has been an intrical part of my life for 3yrs. When I met Eric I asked him if he was a good lawyer and if so was he willing to put forth the same effort on my case as those who actually had the money to pay him. Eric laughed at that and said it's about winning no matter what the price tag. And that's what he has shown me. He has won for me at every step of the way. They are expensive. But the whole team will win for you. Period. Long story short. If you want or need to win this group will move and shake for you. They have the connections and the reputation to stand firm in any court room or negotian table. They know all the players and their secrets. Let's be real it's all about the negotiation. I trust Eric with my life, because he got it back for me. IN SARPY COUNTY no less.

Think twice before hiring this firm. One of their attorneys representing a client, who owns a…read moremoving company, and has owed me money for years. This firm's attorney violated the Consumer Review Fairness Act when I was sent a 'contract' to sign before I would get money owed to me. The 'contract' specified this would be strictly confidential IF I removed truthful postings on Facebook. Only IF the terms were acceptable to their client and myself would I enter into an agreement for money owed to me. The Consumer Review Fairness Act is a Federal law and their 'contract' clearly violated my rights to post honest remarks on Facebook. To go a step further, since money IS involved, money that is due to me from the owner of the moving company, this is a threat by this firm's attorney and could be seen as extortion. I informed the firm's attorney of the federal law he and his firm violated. I received notice he no longer was at the firm. I was referred to another attorney at the firm. Then a third attorney contacted me with a 'revised contract' to sign. This was revised to keep me from suing the moving company. Removed was all demands to remove any Facebook postings. I have taken this from small claims to District Court. I have spoken to Federal agencies that have informed me the law firm can also be held responsible for violating the Consumer Review Fairness Act when they are representing this client and allowing two of their attorneys to restrict money owed to me unless I sign their 'contracts'. I am filing federal charges against the moving company owner as well as the law firm, Goosmann, representing him. As a disabled senior citizen and cancer survivor beware of hiring this firm. Jan S
