I asked if they could ship faster than USPS ground as USPS is notorious for being slow and experiencing delays. The next time I'm in York for the TCA Eastern Division Train meet, I'll stop in and say hello!

I have dealt with other refurbished machines and this was the best one that I have received when it comes to operation and aesthetic of the machine. We had a slight bump in the road with the card reader but they did not allow me to leave the facility until it was fixed and in less than 20 minutes they figured it out and was good to go. Emailed them a couple days later about installation of additional parts on the machine that I wanted installed and promptly responded with DETAILED explanation of how to install myself. Will be coming back to do business for any and probably all my further needs in the gaming industry and I am from NYC. That should speak volumes on its own. Thanks fellas! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
