For a person who has tried a couple of the franchise boxing gyms in Vancouver - I had the wind knocked out of me a little bit - but in a great way. I found the instructors to be invested in improvement, technique, and structure from the beginning. I genuinely felt like I took away something from that class, and I find that quite rare for fitness classes. Not only have me and my husband become "regulars" to our standards, but we have also been able to genuinely build a passion for boxing through these classes.
