For a low bi weekly fee, I was able to have unlimited one on one personal training sessions with experienced coaches, who have trained in the sport of boxing for many years. Their world class environment, made me feel like I belonged, and I was able to learn key boxing fundamentals inside a real boxing ring. Having 24 hour access was so convenient, I was able to train on my own time, and would recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a place to train, and to learn new skills both beginner and intermediate. For a person who has tried a couple of the franchise boxing gyms in Vancouver - I had the wind knocked out of me a little bit - but in a great way. I found the instructors to be invested in improvement, technique, and structure from the beginning. I genuinely felt like I took away something from that class, and I find that quite rare for fitness classes. Not only have me and my husband become "regulars" to our standards, but we have also been able to genuinely build a passion for boxing through these classes. Every instructor is passionate about how they teach, what they teach and how you are progressing. They said it was a management issue. when I got there they were able to take me out of the system right away, which made it clear that they ripped me off. at the class the instructor frowned upon me because I dared add to the lesson a personal comment based on my experience in other martial arts training I had before, which made me very uncomfortable to keep training there.
