She never made me feel rushed, and every concern was met with thoughtful guidance, patience, and a warm smile. She is the kind of person who takes an interest in others and looks for ways to help wherever she can. One of the many things I appreciated was learning about her support of local businesses and local artisans. We even had conversations about bees and arthritis, and she shared information about a locally made salve that has been incredibly helpful for me. It was clear that supporting her community is important to her, and that spirit carries over into how she treats her customers.
