Today there were no lines, we went and we were shorted a sandwich unfortunately we did t noticed until we got home, dinner ruined! I called the restaurant and they did offer a coupon for next visit We will give canes another chance!

I love Raising Cane's, but not all locations are created equal. That said, the staff absolutely made this visit. The awesome human who took my drive-thru order deserves recognition. Cash was used, so there's no personal info on the receipt, but the check number was 11835 in case that helps them get the praise they deserve. I ordered the Big Box combo with extra fries and no slaw--made to perfection. Portions were great, food temperature was spot on, and the fries were actually seasoned (which I don't usually experience at other locations). The human at the drive-thru window was also friendly, asked how my day was going, and made sure I had all the condiments I needed. I truly wish this level of customer service existed at some East valley locations I've visited. Overall, this was hands down one of the best Raising Cane's experiences I've had. There's plenty of onsite parking and two drive-thru lanes, which really helps the line move quickly. Kuddos to this branch for having excellent customer service! The entire staff deserve the rest of 2025 off with pay, as well as, huge raises.

The only thing I don't like about this location is that it's right next to the freeway with a tiny lot. This place is so popular, I feel they could have easily chose a location a few blocks down or somewhere else in Avondale with more space as we know, night or day- it feels claustrophobic to come here. But, noms nom-the-less

If you're thinking about using the drive-thru at this In-N-Out, let me warn you now:…read moreThere is a 75% chance you will be held hostage with no escape route. Once you're in, you're trapped--and you better not be in a hurry. Drive-Thru = Danger Zone Unless it's your lucky day, expect to wait 20 to 40 minutes--sometimes more. It's absolutely insane how consistently slow this location is. I've been to plenty of In-N-Outs all across Arizona, and this one is hands-down the worst for wait time. Sometimes the line starts out on the actual street, right after getting off the 10. You're literally blocking traffic just trying to get into the parking lot. It feels like drive-thru roulette, and most times you lose. Food & Service Inside? Same reliable In-N-Out experience--friendly staff, clean interior, fast turnaround. It's almost always faster to walk in and order than sit in the drive-thru forever. The food is usually done right, and I've only had two order mistakes--but one of those happened after I had already waited forever and driven 25 minutes home, only to realize it was wrong. Now I check the bag every single time before pulling away. Parking & Traffic When it's busy, just trying to get into the parking lot feels like a death wish. The entrance gets completely clogged, and people end up stuck halfway in the street, which is stressful and dangerous. Bottom Line: Food? Great. Staff? Fine. But the drive-thru is a black hole of time, and it's wild that after all these years, it's still this bad. If you're brave enough to try, I strongly suggest going inside instead--unless you brought a podcast, snacks, and the patience of a saint. Review written while sitting in drive thru- it's been 21 minutes so far and I'm not even halfway through the drive through.

Been meaning to try WaBa grill for a while and finally stopped by on the way back into Phoenix…read more Was fairly busy on a 4pm on a Monday but no line in front of me and they also had self service kiosks it looked like on the side. I ordered the WaBa Veggie Bowl which comes with chicken and steak along with carrots cabbage glazed with their like teriyaki sauce. I preferred the chicken over the steak but it had a really clean char flavor on both meats and were tender and juicy. The teriyaki sauce was really tasty as well not too soy based and plenty of it in the bowl so mixes with the rice and veggies and meat and more than enough. Also had the 5 dumplings which were tasty as well. All in all great meal that's really clean. This would be great casual option if you want something clean and not oily but tasty.

But please Please change the air, keep it cooler, and do better with the bathrooms and I don't mean close them permanently to customers. The greatest turn off is the extremely disgusting off putting smells in there. If it's not that it smells like a dirty wet mop, it's smells like a poorly cleaned bathroom, or old half way cooked meat. Please fix this issue. I don't eat here but I grab for my family and they say the food is good, but can we fix all else?
