Luckily, It takes me 2 seconds looking in the bag to notice because they have this annoying protocol of having drive through customers pull forward, away from the window to wait on your food (unlike other places, it's not because 1 item you ordered is being made and allowing other customers to get their food and go around you while you wait). They managed to remember my dipping cup but forgot my entire apple pie. Waved them down, got it and took off. Fast forward to getting home and I open my burger to find that my double is suddenly a single with jalapenos on it. Finally get my order taken get up to the window and I can hear. The person taking care of the order and as coworker having good old time at my expense then they open the window and just stand there staring like I have the ability to understand what they want i say im just waiting on my food then the back up coworker just starts laughing and the guy says no i was wondering if you want any sauce... (how am i to know this?) with what i ordered you font need sauce. I don't think we should be allowing people to make fun of people that are dealing with Autism and are of the Adhd community. And I will be posting this to Autism. And Adhd websites, until this gets resolved. If you were going to attack people verbally. Who have to deal with enough issues. Service was on par at the bar. I ordered a Highland Gaelic Ale and I always figure any chicken place can perfect white meat, but the one that can make a plate of dark meat into an enjoyable meal and make me crave for more is a keeper. Well, the squash casserole that my wife recommended was the tasty part of the meal. The garlicky new potatoes tasted reheated and the chicken was under cooked. The price was great but regardless of price I expect a good meal. At a roasting place I expected the chicken to be falling off the bone or at least be cooked to a temperature to breakup the connective tissue and this was the opposite. I ate as much as I could stomach and then I focused on the reheated garlicky potatoes and squash casserole. The squash casserole did rock. Probably try their other location closer to home eventually, but this visit was less than satisfying.

I walked in even though my intuition was to not as it was kinda busy at lunch time on a Sunday. The drive-thru line was backing up and when I walked in there were people stacked up around the register waiting on their food. There was one guy standing close to the front who I noticed as soon as I walked in. I stood in line for about 5 minutes, ordered and got in the huddle to wait...the dude was getting restless waiting of this food. Finally, I heard him say 'are you getting close with my food? If not just give me a refund, I've got to go'. The CSR said 'we're almost done sir'. When he got his food, it was in two bags and I saw him go to a table with his wife and 3 toddler age kids...probably shoulda went drive-thru on this one. Allison was the only one at the register and she was doing all she could to keep up but she was hanging in there and was still smiling when I left. Their menu sign was confusing as it showed the 3 tacos for $10.49. When I asked Allison did it come with anything she said 'oh, that's the meal deal, you get a side and a beverage with that'.
