Ratchet, ratchet, ratchet. A lot of their equipment is typically out of order including the pumps and air machine. The staff is typically either rude or they just don't care. It's honestly really dirty and the bathrooms have had butt plugs and syringes in them MANY times. Way too many homeless people trying to solicit and random guys trying to sell you perfume in the gas lanes. I can't believe that Quiktrip actually puts their name on this location because this place is way below the standards that I've seen at other locations, and I've seen better QT stores in Mesa and Maryvale than this one. read more

I stopped by about 3am, they had a sign out front that says Made Fresh to Order, everything Pretzel, no time frame, just available now, come on in. I have submitted thus false advertising to Morgan & Morgan for a Class Action Suit, and if you were in the parking lot about that time, I have taken pictures of people entering and leaving the store as well as License Plates of cars in the parking lot as I couldn't take a picture of a clock and signed time from employees, so if you are contacted by an attorney from the morning of 7/1 don't be surprised read more

I stop by this Quik Trip all the time. I know it's kind of lame to review a service station but the staff is so friendly and helpful I just have to give them a shout out. Gas is cheaper than most places around and there is always fresh hot coffee to grab on the go. What's not to love about that? :) read more

Dude its QuikTrip you get gas, a hot dog to go chips beer all 24/7 you have your occasional bum asking for money but that's expected ill always return here read more

Never have I ever experienced a QT as this one with the most rude staff I have ever encountered. I was in on 01/19/2019 at 4:32pm buying a soda on my way to work went to pay cashier hands me a receipt then starts yelling at me that my transaction was declined. I was in a hurry so I just used a different card. When I had a moment I looked at both accounts and both transactions went through so they basically stole money from me. I usually admire the quickness and great customer service of QT and why I choose them over circle k even though their drink prices are more expensive it's worth it if your getting good customer service. Be cautious of this location off Indian school. read more

This is a great convenient, clean and friendly location to get gas or a drink. Cameron is esp helpful and professional.

I go in this location quite frequently. It's always fast, and the workers are all friendly. I never see the place looking dirty like I do other gas stations. What can I say? All the food items are neatly stocked at all times, the coffee is awesome, the restrooms are always clean and accessible...... This would get more than 5 stars if it were only possible. It is a great place to stop any time and every time. read more

Firstly,,, I spend over $800 a month at QT stations in Arizona exclusively just on gas, sodas, kitchen, and etc. Now for the meat of this thing; the area is getting a little tough at sundown. Next door is a mental health / homeless shelter. Plus, you have drunk / cracked out homeless wandering the "hood". You got individuals coming up to you aggressively panhandling to the point where it is in the grey area of threatening / intimidating / attempted robbery. The staff at the store refuse to "patrol" the lot, thus resulting in confrontations between drunk belligerent homeless subjects and normal customers like myself. I have complained so many times to the store staff, asst mgrs, and store manager. Useless. Nothing is done except "oh, we called PPD". When the drunk continues towards me in an aggressive and threatening manner demanding money, this is where pepper spray gets presented and the tables are turned and I am no longer "prey" for the criminal. Why should I have to "gear up" just to go to this crappy store and get a soda? I expect better of QT. This stuff is basically Circle K kind of behavior and exactly why I don't patronize Circle K. I will not return to this location till corporate resolves this matter. Armed security is needed in the evenings / early nights. As far as the ladies, make sure you know how to defend yourselves with training, training, and more training. Make sure and bring your defensive tools as permitted by law. You might need them at this location in the evening ; ( Quit depending on PPD to provide security for your store # 440. It is private property and QT corporation is responsible to provide for the customer's well being and safety while they are on the premises. Not, the PPD. Filed complaint with QT Corporate Office regarding this incident as well. read more

Quiktrip stores are the cleanest gas station in the midwest and also have the best people working for them. Quiktrip Kitchens also has very good food for the price. QT is the only way to go in so many categories. They excel at everything they do. 10/10 read more

This QT has very rude staff. My husband and I went in this afternoon after returning a rental car nearby to buy some snacks and use the restroom. I decided to put the Doritos in my purse, handed my purse and jacket to my hubby while I went in the restroom. When I came out, the cleaning lady sort of signaled to her colleague and the guy comes over asking to see the Doritos that's in my bag. I take it out and he obnoxiously asked with a stupid smile, "Were you trying to steal this?" Trying hard not to be mean, I said I paid for it in cash. Very sarcastically, he replied, "You paid for it in cash?!" Like I can't afford a $1.50 bag of Doritos???!!! Going over to the cashier, he asked if the guy rang up my order, which he right away denied. I reminded him that I paid with a five-dollar bill, he gave me change in 2 quarters and 3 dollar bills. He had to look it up on the computer/register and eventually realized that he did ring me up. The only thing my accuser said? A feeble, "I apologize for that." Not wanting to stoop to their level, I just kept quiet and got out of there as soon as possible. My point is, these people need to be trained to handle their suspicions the right way. I mean, instead of straightaway asking, "Were you trying to steal this?", why not "Did you already pay for this?" Better yet, why not replay your security camera recording or quickly scan your most recent sales on the register and maybe you will find a sale for a single bag of Dorito at around the same time the lady that's in the restroom came in? There's just no excuse for insulting a customer who walked in looking and behaving decently, one who has never stolen or cheated in her entire life. read more

Wow is all I have to say. The new remodel with the food counter is truly amazing! The pizza rivals all other pizza joints and it's from a CStore! Flatbread sandwiches, grilled cheese, kolaches.....can't go wrong here. The hot drinks are way better (and much cheaper) than Starbucks. read more

I'm no fuel expert, but I have to give a shout out to Blair who was working at the QT Kitchen. I was in a hurry and just placed a quick pizza order, paying little attention to advertising or promotions. When I came back to pick it up, Blair asked if I was taking advantage of the current pizza/Coke promotion. When I told her I wasn't familiar with it, she not only took the time to tell me about it (it would save me a couple of bucks AND give me a free 2-liter of soda), but she came out of the "kitchen" area and up to the register (I'd already paid, without taking advantage of the promotion) to refund the difference! That level of attention and customer service is pretty rare, especially at a gas station/convenience store. Thank you, Blair - I sincerely appreciate you! read more

Worst qt Ever, an employee actually threatened to power wash my car when I tried to fill up and almost all of their pumps were out of order. I will never go back read more
