Exceptions: those who called it a "must have for any foodies" (Rush G); "moist, fresh and delicious (Sue B); "fabulous: moist, smooth, and flavorful" (Stephen O); "great" (Misty D); "delicious" (Meryl B); "great" (Allison P); "insanely moist" (Sage M); "satisfyingly delicious" (Anabel B); "very moist" (Shadra W); "enjoyabe" (Misty J); and "delicious!! Man that cake was EVERYTHING. Seriously it was the best part of my meal...so moist"; (Janeisha A); and "tasted like momma made them A+" (Luai H). We liked the butter cake so much we returned to get three more slices. One for each of us (we didn't want to share) and one for a friend, who did me a favor. The people were nice, the selection was fine, the burgers were delicious, and I prefer tots to fries. We didn't like the elote bites alote, but oh well. The Diet Coke was in a big tumbler with free refills. It's a relaxed 1950s diner vibe (checkerboard floors, chrome-accented booths) without the obligatory '50s music.

The menu is accessed through a QR code scan on your table. The menu is extensive and I was having difficulty deciding what to get, as there were so many yummy things I would have loved to try. However, the price point is high enough to think through my choices. You can either place your order on the website or order at the counter- we chose to do this and it ended up being cheaper because staff skip over the tip screen (how generous!). The overall ambiance is very calm and the resturant is dimly lit and moody with mostly black furniture. The food was phenomenal. I can't say anything more about it. My friend and I both sampled each other's orders and everything on our table was fabulous. Can't wait to return! Parking was simple because we came during a weekday for lunch, but I imagine it would be challenging on the weekend!

The BBQ cauliflower tacos are TO DIE FOR. The chickpea burger is amazing. Honestly, everything we had was good. The ambience is the same and it immediately reminded me of why I loved Casa del Vegano so much. The owner definitely has a way of taking away anything taboo about vegan food. You don't have to be vegan to eat here. You just have to like good food. I'm so glad I found them again. This place is AMAZING and we will definitely be back!
