Are they saving it for people who pay at the window instead? It doesn't make sense. My perception there was absolutely no shift leader, manager, general manager on staff, so a bunch of children was left unattended the whole night shift. Whomever the owner is needs to rethink who his management staff is from the head on down to the shirt leaders are!! When you have the rite management stage then you are able to have the right crew members and the rest of the staff all the way down to janitorial staff!!
