No one asked whether we were using the app, so when we pulled up to pay, we weren't able to scan the QR code for our order. Instead of helping, the attitude we received made the whole situation worse. If the app offers certain options, the store should honor them and at least communicate clearly with customers. Very frustrating experience and not what I expect from Popeyes. Service is EXTREMELY slow and bad......
