There are plenty of pumps and it's never overly busy. The prices are always great, typically $0.10 a gallon cheaper than that of the road over (Rea Road). Getting in and out of the station can be a pain. Traffic can get heavy on Providence Road and whichever exit you leave, you'll be in traffic, especially during peak times. They're not all that new, yet they're always working and have gas --I've never had to go inside. They have about 8 pump sets so again, never busy. This location has a carwash onsite and sell ice and propane. It's easy on off the road in both directions, and has always been a great experience when visiting. I've accepted they often choose to close early, sometimes 30+ min before posted closing and always when Ive rushed from work to no avail in hopes of getting my prescription. They auto renew when I opt out. They cancel my prescriptions when I didn't order them, using up my refills and probably charging my insurer. Then when I go to the doctor to get new refills, they fill those immediately and cancel before I get them (again when I never ordered them). They don't care. They say they have no way to know I don't want them (maybe ask in one of their almost daily text messages that don't allow replies, or better yet, answer the phone!). When I finally got a day off to come in person and try to resolve, they took no responsibility and told me to transfer my prescription elsewhere. Manager James was professional but not at all interested in resolving my concern.
