night cashier was an ASSHOLE. I came in at 1:55am to get my friend alcohol who was actively in withdrawal. Asked him if it's still okay to purchase as I know it was close to 2am, which he responded very rudely "you have like 5 minutes" went to check out and realized I didn't have my card, so I told him i'd be back in just a second and left my id. As I was walking out he yells at me saying "by the time you get back you can't buy this!!!" Came back not even a minute later, and he tossed the alcohol and my id on the counter to the point of where it all bounced. I told him sorry about the inconvenience and he just rolled his eyes. Why have card readers on the pumps if I have to go inside to pre-pay? Had to wait for the cashier to finish his smoke break when there was no reason for me to go inside whatsoever. Got told I needed to select an amount to pay, couldn't just fill it. I wanted a fill, not some guesstimate for how much gas I needed. I've been coming to this place for the last 8 years. They have a very good group of people working here. Yogi, the manager is one of the nicest man around. Once you enter that door, you will be greeted right away. Jojo and the other women that works there are also very welcoming. I love having small talks with them as long as there is no long line. After surviving rush hour through Sacramento, I took the first Vacaville exit in search of gas. "Wrong exit" says my cranky boyfriend when I spot the Quick Stop gas sign. Pulling in I find a new station with a clean lot, open pumps with wide lanes, and a reasonable gas price. So what's to get excited about a gas station? Plenty...friendly staff (really), clean women's bathroom (didn't see the men's) and fresh fruit for sale. I purchased a bottle of Crystal Geyser H20, a fresh and just-ripe banana, paid and left satisfied. I did say no to the hot dogs my guy wanted, even if they looked really good and were all beef. Review for cheap gas and car wash. When I don't have time to go for Costco gas this is my go to, lower than other gas prices around. It's also just buy I-80 freeway ramp. High pressure water car wash at OK prices. Lastly the pressure wash doesn't have an hoses attached to them just an arm that goes around the car. No rubber and nothing to slams on your car. read more

Stopped here with my wife and dog on our way home from Oregon... We had very low gas and no money- at least not enough to get us back to Santa Cruz. We went inside and gave the clerk the cash we had and pumped a few gallons then went inside to find a snack then talked to him about our situation and he was incredible and put another $5 onto our tank. This station always has the cheapest gas in the area, at least from what I've seen. I don't live in Vacaville, but when I visit my aunt, I always stop here for gas and a rockstar. The people who work there are usually friendly, but nothing special. I like that its never super crowded, so I don't have to wait to use a pump. read more

Do not use the "touch free" carwash at this place. It completely ruined a brand new car by a malfunction that caused the hose to drag along the entire side of the car. Employees claimed they were not responsible, and after tons of back and forth communication and wasted time 1500 dollars in repair was paid by the owner of the car not the carwash. This place is terrible, treats people terrible, and might ruin your car. Do not get your car washed here ever. read more

This was posted to Vacavilles Facebook page by a lady and I thought it was important to write on Yelp about it. I went to the quick stop on leisure town road at about 1:45 today. I was next to check out in line , there was an older gentleman in front of me at the register and I could hear that the cashier and the manager were arguing over something in front of him. The manager Lea was loudly reprimanding the cashier for doing something wrong in front of all the customers. I heard the man tell Lea that he paid $60 for gas but only used $39 worth of gas and should be receiving $21 change. Lea looked clearly annoyed by this and rudely told the man that someone else came in and claimed his change. He asked how was that even possible since his truck never left the pump. Instead of being apologetic and trying to help the older man, Lea told him it's not their fault and there was nothing she could do and basically to leave cause she wasn't going to refund his money. I felt so bad for this poor old guy and he seemed so confused. Being the good citizen that I am I came up to the counter and told the gentleman he should call the police and make a report of the incident. He asked again if he was going to get back the $21 and Lea continued to be rude and short telling him it's not their fault. I calmly asked her who the owner of the store is and for a phone number. She said that the quick stop was a corporation so there wasn't any owner. I said may I please have the name of your boss's and contact info. She refused to give this out and told me it wasn't my problem and to stay out. I said that if she wouldn't provide the information I would find it on my own and be reporting this to her boss. I left and the old man was outside calling the police. This upset me and made me very sad that the manager of the store would have clearly taken an advantage of the elderly if someone had not stepped in. Yesterday I was on my way to get supplies and decided to grab a drink and $20 dollars in gas. I was in a hurry to get to Home Depot so I forgot to put the gas in and left. Home Depot isn't a mile away and as I turned into Home Depot I realized I had forgotten to put the gas in. I was hoping nobody had gone to pump 1 and when I arrived back no one was in that spot. I looked at the last usage on the pump and it was $23.50. So I thought good I'll go in and tell them my situation. So I go into the store and talk to the girl I payed the gas to. She yelled to the back and said here is the guy that left (as if they had just been talking about it). The young girl came out and told me someone had used the fuel and there was nothing she could do about it. I said I am sure I am not the first person who has accidentally drove off after paying and not pumping the gas. She said yes and they all lost there gas. I go to this place every day for my gas and drinks for work. I asked for the Manager and she said she was the manager and there was nothing she could do. See the thing is I wasn't gone long enough for their to be two people go through pump 1. And if someone would of used pump one it would of showed $20 on the pump when I got back. I find that shady and told the girl I hope she understands that I won't ever be back, she said yes. I told her that I would let everyone I know not to go there because if this. Would give 0 stars if I could. I used to come here regularly but after today I will be going to the gas station across the street. I bought an orange juice and chips last night and after opening the juice, it had a fizzy stale taste and I checked the expiration--IT IS A WEEK EXPIRED!? After going back the next morning to try to return it, a new cashier says I won't be able to return it without a receipt; why would I have thought to get a receipt from a gas station?! Rude as can be! Went there two different times to cash in some scratchers and the first time she made me wait while she kept taking others in line because the machine takes to long to do. Seriously?! I walked out. Second time another lady just kept complaining she had no cash in her register and this was in the morning. It was only under 50.00. She was completely rude as well.
