Quigley's Half Irish Pub in Baltimore...June 19, 2016...3 stars...neat little open window bar one block from Camden Yard and the Orioles baseball. Great location for after game or pre-game activity...this neighborhood bar can pack them in. We stopped over on a day game while the game was going on so we had no trouble getting seated. From their limited game day menu, our four had hamburgers (three cheese and one plain) and fries...and the price was only $5.50 for a burger and fries...good burger and you simply can't beat the price. One of our group had a couple of virgin orange crushes (like a lemon shake-up but with oranges...the non-virgin variety puts in a shot of Tullemore Dew Irish whiskey). One of us had a tall draft of Rolling Rock...and it was a bit flat right from the spigot. The last had a Guiness and it was spot on. Peeps were friendly and the barmaid handled everything we needed with a smile. What more do you want? All-in-all a neat little spot on the MLB trail. We'd return.

Family owned business. Tried their chicken tenders and fries and they were really good!! Would recommend it if you like chicken tenders and fries! Bar atmosphere also has the Irish Pub feel as one would expect from an Irish Pub! Also walking distance to stadium and harbor. I would patronize again! ::cheers::

I was at Quigley's tonight and, I must say, things are getting better. First and foremost, there is a Bread Pudding on the dessert menu and it is delicious! Always a plus in my book. The new chef is making a great impression. Also, drink specials are more diverse (no longer just Guinness and Harp). Tonight, Long Island Iced Tea was one of the specials ($3). I haven't had one in years. It was awesome. Not, "Hello, I'm drunk" strong, but strong enough to give you a nice buzz and still be very tasty. I hadn't met the bartender serving tonight, but he is very sociable and just plain cool. St. Patrick's Day Block Party Tuesday March 17. 6-8am: Penny pints and Irish Breakfast. 2-9pm Live Music, Heated Tent, $3.17 Corn Beef and Cabbage and Baby Car Bombs. If you're interested, check it out!

Great pub to pre game at.

The perfect bar to come to before a game at Camden Yards if you want to beat the yuppie crowds.

Jim, the bartender/owner, was a nice guy and the atmosphere was quiet/ calm which is the opposite of most other bars near the stadium.

The crab cake was flavorful and well-made, the hollandaise was rich and on point, and the grits completely surprised me in the best way. They were incredibly flavorful with what tasted like a horseradish style sauce mixed in, which added a great kick. Easily some of the best grits I've had. I also tried the Scotch eggs that my friend ordered. I normally hate sausage, but these were shockingly good crispy, well-seasoned, and not overly heavy. The mimosa was exactly what it should be simple and refreshing. Champagne and orange juice never fails. Total bill came to $35.25, which is definitely on the pricier side, but this is Baltimore and pretty much in line with what I expected for quality brunch and drinks in this area. The vibe is classic Irish pub dark wood, Irish scarves and flags, and a really cool display of fire department patches on the walls. It felt authentic and cozy without trying too hard. Overall, great food, solid drinks, and a strong brunch option if you're in Fells Point. I'd absolutely come back.

Great old-school bar, Great music every day!…read more We are always happy when we can catch a band at Cats Eye Pub in Fells Point Baltimore. Lots of rock and some americana. We were even happier to catch a blues band the other day! (Jun 2026). Charlie Owen & Pocket Change gave a great performance, with some well-known songs and a number of good more-obscure ones. It's fun when they feature one or another band member for a riff. We also love the divey character of the bar, while the crowd is more hip than divey. It's dark and gets crowded. The stools at the bar and by the windows always fill up. The ones along the wall come and go. The dance floor is usually packed. There's a room in back with a few tables, too, and you can hear the band from there, too. The bar has a full selection. They have around two dozen beers on tap, mostly crafts, some standards. Morgan pulled us a Snowball Sour draft from Dundalk's Key Brewing. It was smooth and creamy, only lightly sour, a fairly mild flavor, but well-balanced and pleasant. Steven served us a Banhez Mezcal, nicely flavored, rather mild in that trend to over-refine the bite out of agave spirits. He brought out a tequila that he likes, though i dont recall the name, also smooth and not bitey. We ended with a pure shot of Absolut Peppar, normally an ingredient to add some spice to bloody marys. On its own, there really is no spice, just the dark and slightly bitter bite of jalapeño and black pepper. We love Cat's Eye Pub! It's one of very few spots for blues in Baltimore.

Fun spot for live music or to take in a game or some people watching in Fells Point!!…read more Check out the Filthy Mittens next time they're playing!
