Our garage is very well insulated and does not get hot (if it did, we obviously wouldn't allow them to stay in there). We obviously care about our dogs or we wouldn't be looking for a dog sitting service. She said "you leave your dogs in the garage?" "WOW it's been really hot outside. I just don't think this is gonna work for us!" She also acted like it was bad that when the garage opens, they just run free outside. Our dogs have been doing that since they've been alive and never once ran away. We'll raise our dogs, you raise yours. Thanks for trying to belittle me...

That is a rounded, poofy type of face cut. well, both of mine are shaved like a poodle cut and they have long uneven scraggly pieces all over them. I definitely do not recommend.

We've been taking our jack russell, Roxie, here for about 14 years (including the old location on…read moreCovert Ave) and have never had a problem. I don't know what happened with the other reviewer from 2011 about a dog with a razor burn, because that didn't sound at all like the people I know who work there or the business owner. They're very friendly people and talk calmly to my dog when they trim her nails since she's always shivering because of her original owners abuse on her. Roxie goes about once a month for her nails, teeth brushed, and a bath for around $20, no appointment needed generally. They take good care of her and sometimes give the dog's treats. Only once did someone accidentally clip her nail too short, but medically treated it and apologized profusely. They even groom their own dogs there. When we started going, there was a small grey and white dog and a pomeranian (the one in the pictures, Bear). They did amazing jobs and those dogs were loved very much and now their dog, Denver, gets just as much love and grooming quality as all other dogs that go through their doors. Again, I don't know what happened with the other reviewer, but it doesn't add up to my experiences.

No stars, if I could…read more My poor dog got a severe razor burn on his bottom from this place. When I called to ask about it, and then also brought him back in to show them, they refused responsibility. They said it might be "worms or a gross dog condition relating to the anus". He just went to the vet: he's a happy, healthy dog. Or was before the major discomfort caused by their piss-poor grooming work. Then they tried to explain the razor burn with "sometimes when the hair is matted, we have to cut very close." However, he didn't has any matting on his bottom! Even more disheartening, for a place that is supposed to "spoil" my dog while he is placed in their care, my dog was shivering, whimpering from fright while we were in there again. Meanwhile, they are denying that there were any problems whatsoever. What happened to business ethics? Is this refusal of responsibility because my dog can't talk? I worry for the other dogs who walk out "fine" and "spoiled" from this business. A few days later, a call from the owner. She told me to not return to her grooming service, because I "do not take good care of my dog". This conjectural assault is based on ... the morning he spent at the groomer's, during which her employee gave him a razor burn and lied to me about it (?). Then she continued to talk over me and hung up the phone. Professional, a very professional way to run to a business.

On the recommendation of our long time St. Louis pet sitters we contacted All Seasons (Audrie Andress). She came out and interviewed us and our 2 cats and we had a good feeling about her. The cats were "rattled" because of the new surroundings but according to the cats upon our return they would like to see more of Audrey. We will definitely use her again.
