The owner (lady) was super rude on the phone when I called about their services. She acted like we were terrible dog owners because our dogs stay in the garage when we're gone. Our garage is very well insulated and does not get hot (if it did, we obviously wouldn't allow them to stay in there). We obviously care about our dogs or we wouldn't be looking for a dog sitting service. She said "you leave your dogs in the garage?" "WOW it's been really hot outside. I just don't think this is gonna work for us!" She also acted like it was bad that when the garage opens, they just run free outside. The owner is F***** crazy! I work extremely long hours which is the reason I hired them. I missed a payment for two sittings due to debit card issues. I explained that to her and with me working during banking hours it made it hard to get it taken care of. I understand that's frustrating and I am very sorry. Well here is when this person shows her true self. I got my card fixed and had issues getting into my account with them to update my card info. I explained that to her and texted her my card stuff. She sends an angry emoji saying no try the numbers again.(I've used this card all day no issues) well then she starts to accuse me of scamming her. Like wtf why?! So I call my access 360 who are open 24/7 and then she accuses me of having one of my friends lie to me screaming at this guy and me when he's trying to explain she's been running my old card info all day. She's telling me I'm a ducking scammer blah blah blah but yet she won't help me get into my account to update my card stuff. I withdrawal $60 from my bank and ask her where would she like me to meet her so she can get $24 additional to what I owe for her inconvenience because I'm never using that crazy b**** again. And she refuses to meet me she then continues to call me names through text. So I created a new account with my new debit card number that I had been giving her all day and now she is no responsive and has not charged my card. I mean it's a great business concept and at first the first 6 visits I loved everything about them but this one visit has me never wanting to hire a pet service again. read more
