We AGREED to that. Contracts updated and signed. Find out scheduling is mixed up. Spoke to the wife owner and asked her to correct date mix up with salesman. We then wait. And wait. And wait. It's now 30 days later and apparently she did not care for the fact that I was irritated and she just arbitrarily canceled the job. Without notifying us!!! They tossed away a job worth over $10k and left us hanging with no communication. Petty and unprofessional.
