Stopped by quick check for a quick coffee but this location has many other stuff . Coffeee was awesomeeeeeeeeee.. there are so many varieties of coffee u like other delis. There are regular , Colombian , dark roast , extra caffeine , vanilla etc etc . Good parking facilities .. I actually like the food inside quick check . Love their Nashville chicken sandwich .. they also have fruit salads , veg salad , etc etc . Service was quick too. Billing was quick . Came in here. Stopped to get a drink. The store was clean enough. Nothing that really concerned me. The staff seemed friendly enough. I think a scribe for this place is the prices. Specifically price grouching Arizona iced tea cans. They have been $0.99 for a long time. The owner has specifically made an effort to keep prices down and inflation and this store is charging $1.49 a can. Might not seem like a big deal but it can put into perspective how much higher their price is. Maybe in stores. All in all, I won't return here knowing what I know about their prices now. If you need gas don't come here! You will be waiting a long time. The gas station workers are always inside never outside and when you pull up to a pump to get gas it will take about 20 minutes just for them to come to your car. If all the other pumps are taken you will be waiting 30 minutes to an hour to get gas. Bunch of bums working here no work ethic at all. You want gas go across the street they take care of you instantly and won't keep you waiting 30 minutes to get gas. read more

I would give the place 3 stars because the employees could be a bit socially awkward but at least they aren't mean or rude, except for one young lady during the day who looks like she can give a rip about being there. The women that make the sandwiches during the day added something I didn't ask on my sub while another failed to toast it when I asked for it. WHY 4 STARS?! Not only because it's 24hrs & it's awfully close to me but it is THE NIGHT STAFF that makes this place nice to come to. The young men at the front have been nice, helpful & friendly. The older man that handles the food? My man alone deserves a 5-star. He knows how to make an incredibly delicious sandwich. He makes the bread super toasty when you ask him and he makes them with care with the right amount of toppings unlike the day crew which just throws the stuff together looking like a mess. This is by far the worst QC I've ever been to. And I've been to them all over NJ. You know it has to be SO BAD and works your nerves SO MUCH that you decide to review a freakin Quick Check out of all places. Once in a while I forget how much I hate this location, its on my way to work and when I'm hungry I give this a shot. But after each visit I regret it every time. Do NOT get the sandwiches from that hot shelf near the robot registers. Old stale english muffins, hard as a rock, the sausage meat looks gray and disgusting, the bacon is burnt and is basically bacon bits, the egg smells and taste foul. The cheese is slimey. How can you eff up a breakfast sandwich this bad??? The point of these is convenience and to satisfy hunger. If I had the time I'd make my own. Their hot food in general is barely edible. Nothing here is fresh. The soups are basically liquid sodium with canned meat. I gave this location enough tries and I'm finally done with it and maybe with the rest of QCs since they give zero crap about their food. My dog wouldn't eat these "sandwiches". If you order anything from the deli counter expect slop to be thrown together haphazardly. read more

YES, even though it's a franchise, there's a BIG difference in this particular store! This location and the location on Talmadge Road Edison is pretty much equidistant from my house but I REFUSE to go to this location. My boyfriend and I order breakfast sandwiches very often from Quick Chek. Unfortunately for him, this one is closest to him from work. They ALWAYS mess up his order; and I mean since day one he's been going there, they have not gotten his order 100% correct. For example, when you order sandwich to be not toasted, they toast it; when you ask for ketchup and light mayo, they only put mayo; when you order a specific ingredient and they ran out, they substitute it with something else without mentioning it to you. Now I'm getting into detail but they also don't cut your sandwiches in half like all the other Quick Chek stores we've been to. It's ridiculous how they can't get orders correct whether they are busy or not. The worst thing is, THERE'S A SANITARY PROBLEM. My boyfriend has found hair inside the cheese of his sandwiches twice now. And those are the times he actually looked and was able to see it. This place is unclean and disgusting. If possible, I'd suggest driving an extra 10 mins if you can to a different location!! read more

I have no complaints about this Quick Chek. The store is fairly new and features a full service gas station. There is plenty of parking around the store. I always receive great customer service here - from the gas attendants to the staff working inside the store...always very fast and friendly service. Like other convenience stores, there's a full self serve coffee and soda station along with made to order sandwiches. There is also a seating area inside which is nice. In fact attitude is often given here. they only ever have two people working the front and half of the self checkout machines are out of order daily. Beside the poor service, (food prep) The sandwich/bread is stale. Taste of garlic when i did not ask for garlic. The bread was toasted, still bad! very stale, even with the deli and the additional ingredients I was not able to eat it. I am never going to quick Chek again, I got there around 315 pm to get gas, there were a few cars around when I got there so it wasn't busy. I waited 15 minutes to try and get gas and nobody came to me. Everyone else was being helped and left right away while I was being ignored. Very poor service! read more

Very disappointed in the product offering. I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap. Usually he was soon when you have a chicken Caesar wrap there's some lettuce in it, especially considering they mention lettuce on the menu. When I get out to eat my lunch, I noticed that there is one piece of lettuce. With some chicken and a bunch of Caesar dressing. This has to be the skimpiest wrap I have ever ever ever ever had. I went to this quick check to get gas at night and went to the pump- gave the gas attendant my card and asked for $10 regular. He repeated the amount back to me and proceeded to start the pump. I had looked over and realized that the pump kept going and another person in my car had to physically get out and manually stop the pump. I went inside to speak to the manager, Muhammad. Muhammad was rude and not customer oriented. He proceeded to argue with me and tell me that he has no control over the gas area of quick check. I asked him how a manager doesn't know all of this. He then proceeded to have a nasty, nasty attitude towards me and told me that I could come back tomorrow and speak to the day manager. Im a nurse in the community and I have a 2 year old, I don't have time to be coming back when the manager on site should have the answers. I will never be using the company again for this reason. I advise you stay far, far away from here and their gas pumps and the manager. They have ZERO customer service skills and did nothing to try to make it right. He also responded to me saying that they know that pump acts up and the gas attendant verbalized that as well. read more

Should not even be a quick check location anymore. Ordered two subs, paid full price, received HALF the toppings and NONE of the dressings i asked for. Self Checkout scanned each item twice automatically pretty much, cashier was rude, little assistance, incompetent kitchen. The only reason I have this store three stars is because I somehow can't get "service" for my Quick Chek app!! In the store, it keeps saying "initiation error" when I try to load the coffee "perks" option. I have turned off my phone then rebooted it multiple times and still the same thing! The biggest reason I go here is threefold: nice clean store with self service checkouts, 99 cent large coffee (can't beat that!) and a GAS BAR! The employee told me, after the THIRD time it wouldn't work, once I get it up and running I can come in and do multiple scans. Still, owing me FOUR SCANS, it still wouldn't work! I even opened the app from my house and kept it ready to scan from there. When I got to the store, it locked me out!! Well, they said "go back to your store where it worked". Of course I didn't want to because of all the conveniences they offer, not to mention that $1.06 beats $2.02 for a coffee anyway when it's EVERYDAY! It really sucks the the app isn't working for me but I'll still go there since saving $1 each time is deal enough without the "scan seven get one free" option. Still... You know?? I came here to buy gas. While I waited to get fueled up I asked the attendant if I can get a coffee from the store. He said no problem. I've been to this Quick Chek probably a dozen times in the last year (2016 - early 2017). Clean, bright, everything is easy to find (orderly), never had them out of something. There is a small but nice eat in area - I've only seen it clean and always with at least a couple tables free. I often don't like self check out - but these seem to work ok, and there has always been someone there to help if you have a question or problem. They have the quick Chek brand coffee bar, subs, wraps, soups, etc -- with several healthier options among the quicky/junk food type as all the Quick Checks do. Their bathrooms are not your typical gas station or convenience store bathrooms - new, bright, roomy, and clean. There is a gas station (though not as inexpensive as I'd hoped/imagined.) The only problem I have ever had was (well is - I think it happens every time) they don't cut my wrap in half. (Next time I'll try putting that in special instructions or asking them verbally.) read more
