I am going to assume it is not leaking, but the least they can do is catch the oil that splatters when you remove the filter. The other thing they need to do is wipe off the surrounding area. The manager did a battery check and insisted there were no deficiencies.instead he told the customer, a friend of the family,that the car had low mileage,and stated it was not driven enough. When reminded that the battery was purchased from Conrads about a year earlier,he had nothing more to offer outside of driving the vehicle more often.The customer thus drove about 3 hours on the interstate, parked her car and was surprised that the car again would not start the following morning. She thus made an appointment by another repair shop.Their testing showed that the battery failed,and needed to be replaced.Since then the customer has had no further problems.
