The program works but it is a brutal diet. I've done it twice now but that's also a hint that you have to keep dieting the rest of your life. The problem is not the program but me. If you follow the plan then you will lose the weight but don't cheat or else it will fail. Also doing it for longer than 4-5 months is too long and you wil become irritable and depressed so just decide on a realistic goal and do your best but once you are starting to go crazy then stop it for a while then come back a few months later. When you do come back, you don't have to pay them for the program so just buy the products. So once you figure out the system then do it yourself and just buy the supplies and don't waste the time with coming in for counseling sessions. Forget about a guarantee. That's not realistic and just focus on losing the weight. The people there are really just cheerleaders and there to hold you somewhat accountable. If you don't worry about the guarantee then it doesn't matter how often you show up so don't worry about that but you should still go in at least once a week the first time you do it so it will help you learn the system. The products are expensive so don't waste your money on the vitamins or supplements but I do recommend the energy boost powder packets, protein pudding, protein bars and shakes. View the program as a system to use so focus on learning how it works and use them for their expensive products as needed. Side effects will be constipation because of all the protein but that will be with most diets like this. Drink lots of water and then drink some more. It's your friend. Take fiber powder but you can use any powder to save money instead of using theirs. The people working their are nice but this type of business is a common "scheme" and they focus on selling products and making money. Each day at 5pm the owner used to call and would ask for the "numbers" and that was basically how much money was generated from signups and for product. Learn the system and forget any promises they make since they really can't predict the future. Just focus on the key concepts of cutting carbs, eat protein and lots of water. Ugh, this place is such crap. I needed to lose close to 30 pounds. They said I could do it in 9 weeks. I stuck to their diet religiously, and after 4 weeks lost all of about 5 pounds. I just had 5 weeks left to lose the remaining 22 pounds! They kept doing "creative counting" with the weeks, whether it was the 2nd week or week 3 was always a mystery to me. Needless to say I hit the 9 weeks and lost maybe 10 of the 28 pounds I needed to lose. The idea is you "buy more weeks" at that point. This stuff is exorbitantly expensive to begin with! There's no way I'm buying extra weeks when you can't even live up to the initial promise! The people there are NOT experts. I was usually assigned Paige when I came in, and she couldn't have cared less about my weight loss OR my concerns. I've lost 78 lbs back in 2013 within about 5 months, and I keep the weight down. Their method totally works, it is definitely not a fad diet. I didn't care about "guarantee", since no one can guarantee anything when the end result depends only on myself. I didn't buy any of their "supplements" either, but I do understand their motives to up-sell a customer: they are in business, after all, and there's nothing wrong with that. I meticulously followed their recommendations though. Sometimes it was easy, and I even felt like I was over-eating, but sometimes refusing a temptation to chew on a chocolate or have a glass of beer was very hard. I had to remember to keep in mind my goal: lean and skinny myself in a (very) near future. I signed up for this program and bought all the products and supplements. Angela was very sweet but I felt rushed into a decision and high pressure to buy products in bulk. I then attended the mandatory class and realized this diet was unrealistic for me. I can not attend counselling 3 times a week because the center is not convenient compared to where I live and work. Plus the cost of the products are really high. Also, I was to do this for 23 weeks and I could not see my self on this strict of a diet for that long (no alcohol, cheese, etc). Although I do like the idea that is is a balanced diet (2 proteins, 4 vegs, 3 fruits, 3 starch) and very low sodium. Lastly, I was concerned by the negative reviews in that people do loose weight, but it comes right back when you go off the program. And no one qualifies for the "guarantee". By law, I have 8 days to change my mind and on day 5, I gave written notice that I wanted to quit and wanted a refund. I understood that products and supplements would be nonrefundable (the protein bars are actually delicious but again, expensive), and didn't read closely enough that the $100 profiling fee was also non-refundable. So, I paid a total of $809 (program fee, profiling fee, supplements and bars) and only got back $205. This was an expensive lesson learned. read more

It should have been a red flag when I went to sign up and a lady in the waiting area Let me know the program was fabulous , but I would be back in a few years as The weight would return. I gave them my goal weight . We signed a guarantee and I paid. Then I was told I had to buy drinks powders that had appetite suppressants for the program to work. I finished the program and fell short of my goal by ten Pounds and was asked to buy more weeks. I bought 6 more and still didn't meet goal weight. I asked about the guarantee and was told because I didn't eat one protein one day during the 7 months , it was invalid. I didn't eat the protein because it was 10 pm and night and I was told not to eat after 7 pm. Since the office was closed , I had no one to contact And made a judgment call. The program works but it appears their motive is to squeak as much money out of the client as possible. Protein requirements are high and buying bars and supplements are highly encouraged. No additional fees is false advertising. I spent over $500 Alone in the appetite suppressant drinks. It is a Very expensive program. read more

The program is very strict not only in food choices but following the plan which includes supplements and appetite suppressants. This is a crucial part of you meeting your goal within their set time frame. This is were the cost gets you. If you do not follow the program to a tee and you do not meet your goal. To bad, their is no guarantee. The guarantee you sign is their way to ensure you can not receive any type of refunds for failure to meet the goal on specified time. Secondly, the supplements you take mess your system up! They seem to know and caution participants on the one side effect they worry about, extreme constipation. And ask you ever single visit. However, if your side effects are extreme the other way excessive, explosive diarrhea, they will not believe you. Everyone reacts differently to different foods/drugs, but try don't see it. This is the biggest SCAM! I feel the employees of this office (and the business in general) take advantage of people feeling insecure about their weight. They really get you when you come in for the first meeting and do NOT go over the fine details of the program. Before you know it you walk out spending over $500 for food (that only covers about 3 months) and almost $500 in program fees (which is also about 9 weeks of fees). It is a very expensive program and you must cancel in the first two weeks of the grace period! I was a few days after (not even knowing there was a grace period because it was not discussed with me when I signed up) hoping to get some of my money back- and nothing. You have to be able to go to the business 3 times a week- A mom of 3 children and a very demanding career it is not possible! The lady I initially met with did not explain this to me (among many other items). I am usually not that gullible on purchasing products or gimmicks- This was the first time I had signed up for this type of program; but I was feeling desperate and got swindled! The employee who signed me up even made the comment about "don't' pay attention to the bad reviews online"- I should have know right then to walk out!
