At my age, I have tried every diet plan - nationally and locally. The Quick Weight Loss Center plan is by far THE BEST! I have lost 30 lbs since February 1st and am now on stabilization. I intend to KEEP it off this time and know I can with the assistance of the personnel at the QWLC in Boynton Beach. Laurie is the Manager who first interviewed me with NO pressure what-so- ever. I then had the privilege of meeting regularly with the rest of the professional but personable staff at QWLC. They are all there to give support and guidance - and tweak things along the way when necessary. You eat regular food along with their protein supplements - which are DELICIOUS!! I never felt deprived. There are many food choices to choose from and some great recipes on their web site to help you keep variety going. The accountability from going at least 3 times a week will help you achieve success faster. The friendly staff at Boynton Beach makes going there a pleasure instead of a chore. There are no words to describe the overwhelming experience that I have had with QWLC in Boynton Beach! I began my journey on March 16, 2018 (236.2lbs). As of October 28, 2018, I have reached my goal of 165.0lbs!! A total of 71.2lbs!!! Each and every relationship that I have gained with the wonderful staff at QWLC Boynton Beach is life changing. Although I have just started my journey of weight loss, I have had such a great experience with the staff and diet program at QWL, I had to write. I have been trying and trying, and failing on my own for so long, I thought I was hopeless. The staff is all smiles and supoort, & the diet is just supplements and regular food! Not mystery food, not frozen from a box but grocery store food you choose. HUH! Not gonna work for me! Well, the day I broke under 200 lbs, I nearly cried. I couldn't have done this on my own! I am still working the diet and losing weight, but the encouragement from the staff (EVERYONE!!) makes me feel so hopeful that I CAN DO THIS! Only been going there for 14 days, so my opinion mag change down the road, however so far everyone has been very nice and very supportive. I go in at least 4 times a week and I've never felt degraded or talked down to. I've read some reviews from employees on QWLCs (in general) and they said they work long hours and don't make much money. So if that is true, the folks at this center really go the extra mile for no reward on their part. They always give me all the needed info and advice. I've never felt like they pushed me to buy things I didn't need. I can understand how and why the supplements are needed any honest they are the best part of my food day, I look forward to them! read more

I started with the new weight watchers program and only lost three pounds in three months and was unhappy with the results. Then I decided to go back to Quick Weight Loss in Boynton Beach and Dianne the manager was extremely helpful in guiding me to proper program that was necessary for me to lose weight. Quick Weight Loss was a gift from my husband. I started my program on Christmas Day. It took 25 weeks, but I reached my goal weight. I'm now on stabilization and adding foods to my daily list. The counselors are terrific! They go over the food diaries, make recommendations and give encouragement. I never felt deprived or hungry.
