When I met dr John he explained I would go for X-rays and also Gave me the most thourough explanation of how the process of head weighting and shoulder weighting plus their adjustments and neck extractions would not only give me a permanent fix but also correct my posture and give me more space in vertebra Without Surgery! I was skeptical at first but figured what the hell,nothing else was helping! The accidents had also given me herniated disks in my T12-L3 not to mention and old coccyx break ,and also had winged scapula from a 2015 incident,which had improved a lot but still wasn't perfect. There are now much better options in the area…read more Not only will you get a rushed 5 min consultation where you have to have your questions ready to blur out before the doctor is out the door but also NOTHING you share will be private between you and the doctor. Their ipads records everything and it will transcribe every single minutia detail in your medical history including concerns or questions you have and will write things down without actually formally diagnosing you. Their lab test for hormones is not only inaccurate but they charge you "preferential cash" for it, when you can get your own full hormones panel at quest for $100+ less! My testosterone levels were imcredibly low and the doctor dismissed it as perimenopause without blinking. When I brought my results to an actual OBGYN, it took him 2 seconds to see the test was done incorrectly as the results showed the hormone levels of a DEAD person.... This can have serious consequences if you start things like testosterone / hormone therapy (when not even needed!) and will come back to bite when you are looking for life insurance and you will have to do unnecessary follow-ups to get coverage. Compassion and empathy are not the way of the practice - this is a pure factory money grab experience. Try the new baptist health primary care office for professionalism and association with an actual hospital instead of a place that pushes their tests, vitamins etc..
