Went there today to get our flu shot. Got there at 4:30 and asked if they were giving vaccines…read morestill. Was told yes until 5. Filled out all the paperwork and waited. At 5:15 a kid came out to give is our paperwork and told us the pharmacist isn't going to give us the flu shot today and to come back tomorrow. Pharmacist didn't have the courage to come out and tell us himself. After waiting 45 minutes plus being told yes. Terrible!

I don't know if they are understaffed or what but I consistently wait for 10 minutes or more in line - even when there is no line. I often have to ring the bell to get someone to come to the window (have never had to do this at any other Walgreens). Today I've waited over 15 minutes in line and neither of the two cars in front of me have moved - and this after my prescription was promised at 10am and still wasn't ready by 10:40am. I have an appointment at 11am so I had to leave the line to go to my appointment and still don't have my meds. Not to mention the pharmacy is not open on the weekends! I consider myself to be a pretty patient person, but this place has been a consistent hassle. I will get my scripts today and then I will NEVER come back. Friends, avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Walgreens, DO BETTER! Edited to add: I returned at 12:50pm and my prescription *still* wasn't ready. I have literally never dealt with a less professional pharmacy in my life. Took me three times to pickup a calendar that was there all along, not to mention being gaslight- and they still have a second copy- it's truly sad how incapable this was. Personnel are disorganized, in disarray and poorly trained. I can be 3rd in line at the counter and it still takes 30+ minutes to be waited on, only to find out that the order was flubbed or they're still out of stock. It's a shame because this store is a 4 minute drive from my house. The next store is 6 miles further but it will be worth the drive to save time and frustration. Inexcusable.
