I've been using this location for years and thePharmacy. My mother and I have filled numerous prescriptions without any issues. I love the auto refill and ease of being able to do general transactions through the recorded options. The drive-through is really convenient. read more

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! All i needed was a perscription transfer and they wouldn't take time to initate the transfer process. Pharmacist Jachi was argumentative and preferred to tell me to call the other pharmacy and have them call to initiate the transfer. Im a patient in pain and this is the worst Pharmacy service I've ever experienced. This place should be shut down for good! Horrible, horrible customer service! Also Jachi said that he did not officially work at this Walgreens location, he works at a Walgreens in Waxahachie, Tx so I need to file a complaint on the formal Manager, Vivian, who was not at work today. I went in to look at toys and Christmas clearance, around 9am on a weekday. I needed a few price checks as things weren't priced snd holiday display with games had no price tags on things. I asked a lady who had a scan machine in her hand who was walking by and she said I would need to go up front. So I took my 3 items up front for price check, waiting in line behind customer checking out. Again needed 2 more price checks. No toys on toy aisle marked with any sale signs except few random clearance signs. I take one puzzle up along with another toy. (Meanwhile checker said before that two of the toys qualified for B3 get 1 free. No signs anywhere stating this. Puzzle rings up $6.99. I told the girl (who us now at checkout) that clearance sigh says .69. She looks at me like I'm crazy. I said yes, it's below all of these puzzles. She appears to not care. I ask her how we are supposed to know what prices toys are on toy aisle. She said you won't know until you check out. I then begin to tell get that I am interested in buying MANY toys, couple hundred dollars worth or more, as that's what I do, and she physically walked off away from the register and hollered at the other Checker by name while I was left standing there in mid sentence. I stopped talking to see if she was going to comeback and she kept walking away. There were no other customers at checkout. They were not busy with other customers. I cannot believe how rude she was. I I just left the basket there and left the store. I will never go there again. They don't deserve to have any business when they don't care about the customers. read more

I have never had a bad experience at this Walgreens. The cashiers are always super friendly and the employees who work in cosmetics are always helpful and let me know about the good deals. It is always a clean and convenient place to get some last minute items. I know some people do not like it because it is not as cheap Walmart, but that's not Walgreens is for. NEgative stars if possible - drive less than a mile by Bryant Irvin for better service This is the third time I have gone in this store location and they have so far been very consistent at being rude. I thought I just caught someone on a bad day but this time it proves something. The first two times I went the store looks empty with mo staff to be found except for one cashier and no one would greet you the usual welcome to walgreens etc. last night was the ultimate test where they had something advertised to earn rewards if you buy it. Being familiar with how it worked. I asked for them to ring it separately So I get the rewards. The cashier upfront had to call a guy in vest with no name tag to ring me up.after I got them I paid my candies using the rewards I got. In this transaction the guy was already in a hurry and would not even smile and seemed to be annoyed but I just let it go. Then I decided to turn back and get a toothpaste again with a reward plus another item and plan to use it again the way I did earlier. The guy ring me up and I have no rewards printed for me so he called the guy in best again to help him out.approaching he had this annoyed face look and rang me up again and he fixed it and missed one of the items and I said I should be getting two of the rewards since I have 2 items. He wanted to argue as if not to fix the other but I wouldn't badge in because I already paid for it. Again I said with the rewards I would like to purchase more of my candies. I had nothing that was holding him up just their regular promo in store and he started mumbling that he has done 10 transactions already and to my disgust told him well I didn't know your customers are limited to purchase things in the store and he said yes you can only do 2 transactions. What?!! I can't believe he said that. If he would have that rule in that store then he should ask corporate to just stop doing the points and rewards or better yet close his store so there would not be any transactions at all. I respect any rules they may have for their store but you can always advise your customers without mumbling and exaggerating about how much work you have done. If you cannot be nice just state it as a fact period. Why put up signs of getting rewards and all if you are annoyed by your own gimmicks. I don't understand why corporate won't catch this kind of people who sabotage their business. Never again set foot in this store. No wonder the store was well stocked... Is it because of his 2 transactions only rule? So if you want to get more for any reason you can't or your going to get an attitude. read more

I work walgreens down the street and after my store closed i drove to this one because they close at midnight. i drive up at 11:54 and the shift lead locked the door in front of me. i laughed because at my store we would never do that because our manager would write us up. maybe that is what they are lacking, a good manager read more

Every time I come here it seems to get worse and worse. It doesn't matter if you're picking up prescriptions or getting photos developed or simply just shopping for a few items the customer service here is completely horrible. Every person that works here is rude. I don't if it's because they hate their job, life or a mix of both. I suggest to anyone thinking of coming here to avoid this place. I hate to write a bad review because I also work in the medical field and I know how busy a pharmacy gets... but on the other hand, always treat your customers or patients with respect. The girl at the pharmacy last night was extremely rude when I dropped off a prescription. I knew they were busy so I said I'd come back. I received a text that my script was delayed and they needed my new insurance info. I called the pharmacy and told them about the text and wanted to give them my new insurance number. The same lady from earlier told me that I needed to come in and give it to them. I said "but I got a text saying-" and before I could finish she was super short with me and told me to come in. She almost got the chance to hang up, but I said "I don't know when my prescriptions will be ready so I'm not sure when to come in.. because the text said the order was delayed." She then talked to me like I was 5, saying the same thing as earlier, and literally hung up. I went back today to give them my insurance info, and the same girl was there. She was rolling her eyes at customers while looking for their scripts. I know the beginning of the year is hard for medical staff due to changes in insurance and verifying benefits.. but like, come on. read more

I quit going here because the pharmacy is so bad and slow. I went tonight thinking it would be okay because I wasn't dealing with the pharmacy and their lack of customer service. Was I wrong!!! Cashier could not do anything without manger's assistance and even asked me if I was sure I wanted to do the transaction. When manager came over he acted like I was a burdon and didn't want to be there. This place is the worst. I have boycotted Walgreens because of this store. I miss their sundresses but I will spend my money at CVS. Avoid this place at all cost. read more

STAY AWAY! It's sad to see how awful the pharmacy has become. I have been a customer for 7 years. I noticed a multitude of 1 star reviews lately, and now I understand why. I was on hold for 28 minutes to provide my daughter's insurance information so that her prescription could be filled. When the person answers, she said I'd have to hold on because she has other customers. I talked to the store manager who said the associate answering the phone was the pharmacy manager. Much like the other reviews, the pharmacists and techs are not only rude but inefficient and disrespectful of the customer's time and don't seem to want to go to much trouble to help at all. I don't go into the store or drive thru for anything but prescriptions so I can't speak for the rest of the store or their staff but I will sure be glad when we move so I won't have to mess with this location. Buy a cream at another Walgreens pharmacy, and discovered that the same cream sells it for $ 6 cheaper on Target and Ulta! I went to this Walgreens to return the cream, with the receipt; And they did not want to give me back my money because that cream does not sell it in this Walgreens!
