I did get multiple text confirming my appointment. After waiting for over 40 minutes I was told they were having trouble getting my insurance to work. I have a child that uses the same insurance in the same area with no problems. Polite staff but these are situations shouldn't happen. Follow up with your patients.

Came in for exposed simple wisdom tooth extraction.. Dr came in removed the tooth.... Put a couple…read morestitches in and said nothing.... Left the room, no abx ..... area infected within 3 days. I could see the actual bone with a stitch... had to go to hospital for infection. Spent 4 days in high dose abx and steroids. Super nice staff... dentist is poor... he can pay for advertisements all he wants, pt safety and outcome should be priority one always. And it is not with him.
