But when I go to the office to sign the release Christy then tells me I have to pay 168.00 to get records but she failed to tell me this on the phone. This Was around lunch time. So I leave their office without x rays in hand. so then my phone rings and Christy leaves me a voicemail stating that they could get me in at 4. Keep in mind this is at like 3:30. they told me first I needed a root canal n then when they called to squeeze me in they wanted to pull the tooth. This whole time I'm in pain just trying to get my tooth taken care of. 1st a the last time I'll ever go there. Looking at the dentist office size I'm sure they wont miss my payments but I'm gonna go somewhere where I matter

Avoided making an appointment at all cost, then a close family friend recommended me to the AG Family Dentistry. Dr. Gupta made my experience so amazing...hard to put all that in one paragraph especially when it comes to going to the dentist! His assistant eased my mind and held my hand as he extracted my top 2 wisdom teeth. She reassured me that I wouldn't feel any pain and minimal pressure. I'm sure I asked about a million times prior!!! Also, watching the needles and pliers come out was so scary for me but she also made it comfortable for me and helped me relax. Dr. Guptas confidence in his profession and being non-judgement about me not being to a dentist in over 10 years really made me feel welcomed! I could see the actual bone with a stitch... had to go to hospital for infection. Spent 4 days in high dose abx and steroids. Super nice staff... dentist is poor... he can pay for advertisements all he wants, pt safety and outcome should be priority one always. And it is not with him.

After waiting 32 minutes, I was brought back to get X-rays and talk about my needs. Spoke with a young dental hygienist who listened, asked me questions, investigated, & advised she would pass the information along to the dentist. I informed the DH, I need to be somewhere at 1:00 pm as this is just the consultation. This process to ok about 10 minutes. When the clock reached 12:30 pm, after being left in the exam room for 45 minutes, with no one stepping in to provide information or check up on me. I left the exam room and found someone. I advised as the dentist's time is valuable, so is mine. I would no longer wait after being at their office for one and half hours. I left and found a different t provider. Would not recommend.

Be careful and check everything with your insurance. This business participates in unethical…read morebilling practices as they will perform services without your knowledge and then proceed to bill you at a much later date. There were some x-rays that were performed too soon and they should have known this .. but instead, chose to do them anyway and then bill you for it as your insurance refuses to pay. Reception is rude and unknowledgeable and you will not receive a call back from the billing department. Unfortunately, I cannot include a review of the Dr as I only had my teeth cleaned and did not get to meet with him.
