His assistant eased my mind and held my hand as he extracted my top 2 wisdom teeth. She reassured me that I wouldn't feel any pain and minimal pressure. After waiting 32 minutes, I was brought back to get X-rays and talk about my needs. Spoke with a young dental hygienist who listened, asked me questions, investigated, & advised she would pass the information along to the dentist. I informed the DH, I need to be somewhere at 1:00 pm as this is just the consultation. This process to ok about 10 minutes. When the clock reached 12:30 pm, after being left in the exam room for 45 minutes, with no one stepping in to provide information or check up on me. I left the exam room and found someone. I advised as the dentist's time is valuable, so is mine. I would no longer wait after being at their office for one and half hours. I left and found a different t provider. Would not recommend.

There were some x-rays that were performed too soon and they should have known this .. but instead, chose to do them anyway and then bill you for it as your insurance refuses to pay. Reception is rude and unknowledgeable and you will not receive a call back from the billing department. Unfortunately, I cannot include a review of the Dr as I only had my teeth cleaned and did not get to meet with him.
