I believe Dollar Tree has brand name Tylenol for about $4.25 (maybe 20 pills). It was within walking distance of where we stayed, so we stopped by a few times. Very kind family atmosphere!

I only encountered a few that were friendly. All the rest seem to be unhappy or hate their jobs.
