And then, as my doctor was reading the $500 ultrasound I JUST had, she said that no two pills are alike, and the switching of the pills causing hormonal fluctuations was probably the reason for these new cysts on my ovaries. Too much info shared? I think not. You better think again before going to this pharmacy. They don't care about your health-care and they belittled my concern over what was happening with my body. This particular location is pretty busy, but it is close to my home. The staff here all are professional, courteous, and super helpful. It is amazing how busy they are, considering that there are a LOT of people that need their medications filled frequently. My parents came back from a trip and both are ill. They had medications called in to the pharmacy and this morning when I called to see if they were ready, the pharmacist on duty today (Asha) acknowledged receiving their scripts, and also the fact that I was personally recognized via my name. I usually come in to the store and interact with the staff, but out of an abundance of caution I used the drive thru to keep everyone safe. They were so lightning fast, after opening up this morning at 10 everything was ready within 30 minutes...which was the promised time- but my mom got a text after 10 minutes saying it was completed. Just fantastic stuff. No one really ever thinks about the need for a pharmacy to be good (essentially they need to be perfect, 100 percent of the time!), and take the time to acknowledge the staff. Only when something goes wrong do people write about it, and that seems pretty unfair. So I want to give a shout out to the folks here at Walgreens, and the staff in the pharmacy specifically. Thank you, and I appreciate the team here. They are deserving of much appreciation and gratitude. Support this location!

Anyone who regularly uses these knows a 20,000 puff disposable should last at least a week or two, not three days. I called the shop assuming it would be an easy exchange since the device was clearly defective. The owner's response was simply that he's "not Walmart" and there was nothing he could do. That pretty much tells you everything about how they handle customer issues. If you're going to sell $30 disposables that fail in 72 hours and refuse to stand behind them, people are going to take their business elsewhere. The selection is limited, the product quality clearly isn't reliable, and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Save your money and go somewhere else.
