I contacted them and stated I believed it was the valve cover gasket. They replaced the gasket. It did not fix my problem. i went through 6 quarts of oil in 5 days. Took my Juke back to them and asked for them to diagnose why my vehicle was leaking and from where. When they called me to pick up my car, I was charged $85.00 and was told that they don't know where it's leaking from. Maybe the main seal, maybe the timing cover. I was told to take it to the Nissan dealer for repairs. I spent over $200.00, and not only is my issue is not only not fixed, but they are also unable to tell me what the issue is. I asked them, "why am I being charged $85.00 for a diagnosis when you are unable to diagnose the problem?" Their reply, "well we had to drive it and clean the oil up." I WILL NEVER TAKE MY VEHICLE THERE AGAIN. I told them that as well and am telling everyone I can about the very disappointing experience I had with them. They could have put it in the air and revved the motor to get it to leak, or maybe put some dye in the oil to see where it was leaking. They chose to do nothing but drive it, clean the oil and charge me. That's $220 I could have used to repair my car. I do not have the money to just throw it away. Now it will be another couple of weeks until I get paid again before I can even find out what the problem is. Thanks so much for taking my money and not helping me at all. YOU SUCK!

They didn't get the parts till wednesday, but still, on Monday and tuesday and wendesday when we called said it would be done tommorrow! They should of said they don't have the parts and we will let you know when we get them to begin work on your car, not it will be done Monday, knowing they didn't have the parts. Then they got the parts and instead of putting a push on getting it done since they were many days over due, they had a car to work on for the St. Patricks day parade, so they worked on it instead. Actually they said they worked on it back and forth, but I don't trust that they did. Okay, so it's done lets just pay and get out of here...Right? No!!!!! They don't take credit cards and they dont tell you that because they "have been open 70 years and have never taken credit cards". I'm not your customer buddy and don't plan on ever being again!!!!! It's now 1:30 on Saturday and there are no banks open, so we go on a wild goose chase with the credit card company on the phone to figure out what a traveling man with a credit card on a saturday can do in an emergency like this. In out mad dash to figure this out and get them on the road, the auto shop calls to say they will have to keep it a few more days to find out why there is oil in the Radiator!!!!!!! They have had the car 9 days now. They messed the job up and now have to keep it longer. It is Saturday and no other shops are open to take it to. We are stuck with these guys and they don't have a clue how to fix the problem. I told another friend what was going on and she said that her dad took his car there to get an axel replaced. I have friends that have similar experiences with them over the years. The clutch had gone out on the truck, and they had it back to me by Saturday. My family has always, and always will do business with the bourquins, and i recommend all my friends take their cars in there too. They have always been helpful, and stand behind their work. It sucks they dont take credit or debit, but they do take checks which is how we have always paid, And not taking cards is just a small draw back i'm willing to deal with in order to get the great guaranteed work done to my truck. Unlike other shops i've dealt with out of town, these guys wont do work without my approval, and wont try and sell me on things that dont need to be done. they are very fair priced, and very good at what they do...also they are a local family owned business, which here in missoula means a lot. I dont see how someone can give them a bad review, no one i know has ever had a problem with these guys, none of my friends, or my family. i strongly recommend y'all give these guys a chance to show you what great work they do.

I had the worst possible experience at Town and Country Auto Body. I took my Mercedes-Benz sprinter…read morebased RV there to have some bodywork and engine repair done after a major accident (a deer ran into my car), and they ended up delaying the repair for months, blaming it on parts unavailability. When I checked myself, I found that the parts were ready to ship immediately. The customer service at Town and Country Auto Body is also terrible. The owner is the only person who works in the office, and he is always too busy to talk to customers. He makes excuses about not having enough staff, but it's clear that he just doesn't care about his customers. After the repair was finally completed, I discovered that there was a dent (see the attached picture in yellow circle) and a part missing from my car. The owner denied that it was their fault, but I know for sure that it was. My coach is brand new that it was never involved in any other accidents prior to this one. But the worst part of the experience was the inflated parts prices that the shop submitted to my insurance company. For example, they submitted a price of almost $2,000 for an LED headlight, even though my van has halogen headlights that only cost around $600. I had to do a thorough review of the parts list to catch all of the inflated prices. To top it all off, the paint job on the new parts doesn't match the rest of the body color. My van originally had a more yellowish white, but the new parts were painted a bright white (see the attached picture where hood and bumper color doesn't match fender and passenger door). I would never recommend Town and Country Auto Body to anyone. They are a dishonest and incompetent auto body shop.

As we all know, supply chains have been snarled and they were simply unable to get factory parts. When we finally got our car back, it looked and ran great. We discovered a problem with the AC when we were in So Utah, and Ray had us take it to the dealership and covered the repair.
