I was set on buying the truck that I got after I test drove it. I realized that it had a few issues…read morebut what used vehicle doesn't, so no problem there. My problem with Axemen Auto is the fact that not one but two different employees flat out lied to me about the problems with the truck. I pointed out that it was loud. they replied that all it needed was a muffler because all of the piping was there all the way to the back of the truck. So I take it in to have a muffler put on. Turns out that it DID NOT have all the piping and almost all of the hangers were missing, I asked them about why the truck drifted to one side or the other. They told me it was because the truck has tires that are wider than stock tires but the alignment was fine. Took it to Roemer's and found out that the alignment was all fucked up and the wheel bearing were loose. They didn't have to lie through their teeth to make the sale I wanted the truck regardless. But because of the fact that they lied to me on every question I asked I will NEVER, EVER buy another vehicle from them and I will NEVER, EVER recommend them to anyone. Now when I tried to get the information I need to get the truck registered they are giving me the runaround! They also lied yet again and said that they never told me what they told me. Then the guy says I threatened to shoot him when I threatened to sue him! DO NOT EVER GO HERE TO BUY ANYTHING NOT EVEN A VALVE CAP COVER! THEY WILL LIE THROUGH THEIR TEETH AND THEN DENY IT! I will also be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

I travel across the country for work and stay in my 1998 Newmar Class A diesel pusher. I needed an oil and fluid change and called to get service when I came into town. Well trying to get any repair shop to do any Chase work on an RV can be a challenge, and typically weeks out in my experience. I was recommended by Brett's RV to Call I-State for the work. I called and they told me they were scheduling service weeks out, however if I brought my RV down and there was availability they could change my fluids and inspect my RV for another issue I was having with the AC. I dropped of my RV and a few hours later it was completed. I was told due to my RV's age over 20 years old they wouldn't work on my AC however, they did provide me the parts numbers and another shop to call. As I left my RV died in the parking lot and wouldn't run correctly. Great! Stuck at a shop that wouldn't work on my RV bad luck right? Nope! I walked back in and told the customer service representative who called the shop foreman Ethan out. Ethan listened to me and said, tell you what, write it up and we will go take a look at it. Twenty minutes later Devin and Ethan were rolling around under my RV and I heard "well that will do it" come from someplace under my rig. Now I'm thinking this is bad news. Ethan rolls out and points into the engine bay and says see that, it came loose, somebody repaired this improperly and its broke off. Your lucky had this happened here and not on the interstate, you would have lost all power and had hard time stopping safely. Ethan had Devin fix me up and I was on the road an hour later, only cost me $200 dollars too! Ethan, Devin and all the staff at the Missoula I-State Trucking center thank you very much!

There was nothing there that suggested they were closed; the gate was open and nothing was noticeably posted on the door, so I rang the bell at the office and left a message about wanting to check out the vehicle. Walking back to my car, the guy called out through the speaker to "get off the property" and then louder, "we're closed." It's fine to not want customers on the premises after hours, but when you don't advertise your hours well and then get angry at someone who shows up wanting to purchase a car, don't be surprised if you don't get much business. Post your hours better and get a secretary to deal with interpersonal stuff because you're clearly not very savvy in that regard.

Dave our driver was there close to the time they said he would be and both he and the dispatcher Ryan were very reassuring and had great communication with us. Dave took great care in hooking up our large Ram 2500 and you could tell he knew what he was doing and had done it many times before. We had a great ride home with him and great conversation and he dropped off our truck perfectly where we wanted it. Hopefully we don't need a tow again but if we do, we will be calling Iron Horse!
