I chose this over Mister Carwash, cause I felt this location was easier to find and access than the Mister Carwash. I like that it's a straight shot on Hwy 90, corner of Hwy 6. What I like is that it has free vacuuming if you ever need it in a pinch and essentially the same services as Mister Carwash. They have a subscription service and I chose the ceramic package for a few reasons....my car is newer, there's too much pollen here, and emergency washes like bird poop. I also love the dumb duck mascot and branding. When you wash your car, you need to align your front left wheel to their grate thing and put it on neutral. I'm a scardey cat. I hate car washes. They feel claustrophobic when the car moves on its own. However, you can see the Duck Logo beamed at your car. It's part marketing genius and great distraction tool for scardey cats like me. In the end there is an adorable stop light that is duck, red, duck red, duck green go. It's dumb and cute. My husband isn't convinced I'll justify the subscription, but I'm willing to try it. Why not? At worst, I cancel it and just pay as needed. My car was shiny in the end, which is what I was going for if we're being real. Definitely would come again. read more

Went through the wash with my shark fin antenna on, came out with it sheared off. Filed an incident report, was told by an associate and the store leader that the damage would be covered and the appropriate parts would be ordered only to find out from a Google review from the store owner over a month later that it's not their fault because "the blower blew it off". Despite the employees word and the sign up front that they'll cover any factory installed damage on cars under 5 years, they actually don't cover anything at all! And don't try calling or emailing, they'll ignore you until they think you'll go away. Lousy service, horrible ethics, Quick Quack will do whatever they can to scam a customer. read more

Again, I tried to get a wash and was harassed about a membership. He asked what I wanted and I said ONE single wash. He begins to explain and I politely him off and say "no thank you". He says "I have to say it". Ok fine but at the end I say no thank you. He said well why not? This is where I loose my patience. I understand you want members but it's my choice in how I choose to spend MY money. Stop harassing your patrons about memberships. Just a word to the owner. I try my hardest to be nice to those in customer service, I really do. But one thing I hate is being questioned. I only come here because it's close to my home but if I have to tell you repeatedly that I don't want a membership, no is no. I am only going to say it once, then you're not going to like how I say it the second time. If I want to pay for a single wash every time, that's my right. I get it may be cheaper but if I say no, DONT ASK ME WHY! I will not be returning. read more

I'm actually disappointed as my first time trying this car wash I am unsatisfied. The customer service was good. It's just the fact the girl at the front got me to pay this high price car wash thinking my car was going to shine and look waxed and it will last longer than the basic. That was false my car after one day looked worst than what it looked like before I came. It was just a waste of money the basic could have probably did the same. read more

Quick Quack Car Wash is the worse ever!!!! Customer service is terrible and unacceptable!! The staff at the location was ok but I had to call customer care and got person (supervisor) named Palmer. He was not helpful and couldn't explain anything. I went to get my vehicle washed and they told me that my membership was cancelled. So I asked why and the young man said he didn't have that information. So I asked if I was on a contract that canceled and he wasn't sure. So I went to the new car wash by my house and signed up there. All of a sudden I get an email saying that they charged my card on Sunday the eighth of March. So I was driving by today and thought I would make sure my membership was cancelled and to make sure they were going to refund me for the March payment. Anyways long story short I had to call customer care and unfortunately I got a rude gentleman named Palmer. Losing my household and friends and family all over $29 bucks. Whatever.... Good luck read more

I never leave reviews but I just had to come on here and say that I used to love coming here. I felt like this was one of the only places in this area that does a good job at washing my car.. until the last 5 times, they kept badgering me about getting a membership. I said no multiple times and they keep going on about a membership.. "but why not" or "may I ask why" or "but you have a nice car" .. is it so crazy that I do not want yet another recurring payment every month? But that's simply none of your business. The worst part is that they won't let you pay for your car wash until they finish talking nonsense about their membership. Can I just buy my single wash in peace and move on with my day? I have stopped coming here for that single reason. read more

Had a great time easy way to clean up and Ismail helped me out a lot. Appreciate the support and how simple it is here

I came when only 1 other person was vacuuming in the 1st row. I parked in the 2nd row and began vacuuming. When my adult daughter noticed the man with older 69 yr old man's with salt and pepper hair leaning and staring at me at the trash area. When I told him what he was staring at, he didn't respond. When I said stop staring you pervert, he began to WALK towards me upset! I told him NOT to get near me, so he turned to walk way. The manager came out and I told him to deal with his employee! The man vacuuming his car and the attend checking someone in ALL heard me! So clearly the employee heard me too. He tried to play it off that the vacuum system was an issue after he felt stupid! IF (big if) there was something wrong with the vacuum that was working just fine, WHY stare at me in a PERVERTED manner? WHY not block off the vacuum area? WHY not approach the FRONT of my vehicle? It is nothing BUT BS! WHY not apologize? I tell you why! He thought I was a young stupid girl, not a grown woman! Sick bastard! This employee is rude and alway annoyed when working. I cancelled my membership. read more

Great service and car wash. One star for the creepy man watching my mom vacuum. The older African American man stood for 5 minutes watching & when we caught him/said something he got defensive. There WAS NO ONE ELSE vacuuming so he really had no reason to be staring our direction. Manager came and the older man tried to play it off saying something was wrong with the vacuum because it was turned off while using & after the confrontation. Ladies watch your surroundings here!!! Guy in the cap is a creep/watching a woman for 5 minutes....disgusting. read more

I really like this car wash but there are two things they could improve on. The back windshield on my SUV and the tailgate on our truck never gets clean all the way. The attendants do not leave enough spacing between the cars. It should be at least one car length. I get nervous when I can see the tail lights from the car a few feet ahead of me or the headlights coming right behind read more

Grand opening!!! Happen to be in the area running errands and found a new location! I've always been a quick quacker though i don't drive much anymore. Great wash, friendly faces. There isn't a 10 minute limit which was great for fallen french fries btw. Don't drive dirty! read more

First time trying Quick Quack car wash! Seems like a good place to go. I was able to go around twice when the bugs on my windshield weren't completely washed off. Luca was able to help me pick the right wash and i will definitely be considering a membership now. Will update with more experiences! read more

Well I thought my debit card wasn't returned but they pulled video and it was. And sent me video that my trim that came off was already cracked and flew off during the wash. No other damage to my car at all soooooo. read more

Went in September 24 had car washed an hour later couldn't find debit card used for purchase so I had to cancel it. Also noticed trim under back hatch lift broken. Went back to car wash Found it and was put back on but it's now broken. Escalated to customer service waiting call back. read more

The dash wipe is a nice touch. Tire shine applied correctly was a huge plus. Back of the car toward the top still had some dirt on it. I brought paper towels for cleaning interior, so used some to wipe off the dirt. Saw mention of towels provided, but I didn't notice any. Brought my own, so used them to finish the drying. The wash itself, as places like this go, was impressive, and the blow drying is really strong. Would like a place that somehow manages to soak the bugs down and get those off the front and windshield better although this place did get more off the windshield than others I've been to. Great vacuums! read more

I would like to say in response to Mason K-the owner. I did tell the truth. She did set me an appointment up on Saturday, but when I told her I could not make it,she said she would reschedule. I never heard from her again. I attempted to set my own appointment up with the man on leave that she mentioned as well. I spoke with him. He also never contacted me again. No thank you to the offer. I am over the "Run around" by all involved and only a dealership would make proper repairs. Mr. Car washes uses dealerships, not unreliable repair shops and management. read more

I don't think my car even got clean. I selected the ceramic wash, which is supposed to be the best option, but my car was still not clean after. Also, it smelled like rotten eggs for some reason. The smell was absolutely horrendous. Don't waste your time. Not to mention the service was awful. read more

The car wash is great EXCEPT the air freshener they pump into your car while in the car wash smells like sewage! Pew! I got back in my car an hour later and it still stinks. Why??? The other location I go to on highway 90 , their air freshener is good. This location needs to find out what the problem is with sewage air freshener. read more

Went early this morning, The lady pushing the $9.99 first month package was very convincing. However, she did not disclose that there would be a $5 additional charge should you decide to cancel your membership within the first 45 days. "You can manage your membership online." Nor did she disclose that they were also having a 12 days of FREE car wash promotion, So signing up for the monthly membership wasn't necessary. Drove by this afternoon around 2pm and they have people outside with their 12 days of FREE car wash promotion banner. ***buyer beware*** Edit- The lady did not even offer the terms for me to review. It was a "the total is $9.99 and your credit card please? Ok Please sign here. You will get everything by email." Yikes! Not even 24 hours and I just got an email stating monthly rates are going up from $29.99 to $31.99. Seriously, buyer beware. read more

I work on an active jobsite so my Jeep gets pretty filthy everyday. I'll bring it by everyday and it's same smiling faces. Luis is probably one of the best customer service reps. Everyone has consistency in their service. Vacuums work well and the wash is standard. The biggest plus at this wash is the free reusable towels. read more

This was my first time using this car wash and I will NEVER use it again. The door paneling around my back driver side door was broken and about 1000 white spots were sprayed along the driver side of my BLACK car. So extremely noticeable! And did I mention that not only did no one attempt to remove the marks that I'm now being told are paint damage. But I was repeatedly ignored and brushed off by the staff until I disrupted the line until someone called a manager. Horrible wash! Even worse service!!!!!! read more

Luis was very helpful and made my experience quixk and easy! I live this car wash place and recommend it to anyone!

Looks fancy, good system flow. But boy the actually wash was garbage. I paid for full service cleaning, and my rims were dirty, my back of the car was dirty, windows were dirty. I mean, I spent like 30 minutes just wiping down. I should be on the clock. I could run the car through the car washer like three times, because I have no life. But unfortunately I do have a life, and my time is valuable. They need to do a better job. Also, went to the first location and the system was down, had to go to another location. read more
